I placed indicator and bot.exe file perfectly on my metatrader4 platform and everthing was ok and even i was able to see smiley face that EA is working and it was also showing the blue lines but it couldn't initiate even a single trade in a week. I also allow DLL check box clicked but i dont know why it couldn't work.
Not a good experience so far.

The customer service of XAUBOT is unmatched. And it's a reflection of the quality of their trading robot. I can summarize it in one word, Excellence!

I had the opportunity to try out the XAUBOT. Unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing as the software is not compatible with other software or manual trades.

The support from XAUBOT was also disappointing. My concerns and inquiries were not taken seriously, and the support team responded in an unfriendly and unhelpful manner. The communication was lacking, and there was a lack of transparency and understanding on their part. When I inquired about why XAUBOT wouldn't open trades when I had 1-2 manual trades open, I was threatened with the cancellation of the trial version. Why? Shouldn't I be able to decide when and where I open trades myself?

So I reached out to the CEO of XAUBOT to discuss the compatibility issue. He promised to make the necessary adjustments to the software to make it work with other software and manual trades. Unfortunately, these adjustments were never implemented, and my subsequent inquiries were either met with excuses or completely ignored.

Considering the inadequate functionality, limited trades, disappointing support, and unfulfilled promises from the CEO, I cannot recommend XAUBOT. There are better alternatives in the market that offer greater functionality, more efficient profit potential, and better support.

EDIT: The CEO came back to me, after he promised me to do the changes for me (on the 06.06.2023 : next week I will be in office and change the modification), and said: we have more than 5000 active trial subscriber! should i change the code for everyone?

I want to express my gratitude for your patience and understanding throughout this process.

Only wins so far. Of course it goes in drawdown sometimes but at the end it closes in profit. Best suitable for big accounts. For smaller accounts it's better to purchase the yearly subscription for a better monthly fee.

Later edit: the new version of the bot allows you to open trades on other pairs too, on the same account. The automatic lot size was reduced for a better account protection and the bot can also monitor your DD only on XAUUSD pair or for the entire account.
I forgot to mention earlier that the customer support is great too. Keep up the good work!
