my trusty hand food processor broke after several years of frequent use... the mechanism retracting the oull cord broke down so could no longer pull and spin the blade... i contacted zyliss with proof of purchase and they promptly sent me a new one- also covered by their amazing 5 year warranty. brilliant product, brilliant customer service.

I bought a Zyliss bread pan from Amazon in the summer of last year. I love that the sides are deep so the bread isn't a strange shape. Initially the bread came out of the pan perfectly without the need for lining or greasing. For some reason, the bread suddenly started sticking. I saw on Amazon that the product has a five year guarantee so contacted customer services. The response was immediate and helpful. I received a replacement less than a week after I made the enquiry, and the delays were because I found (twice) that my emails were still in my draft folder.
If I'd been more efficient the resolution time would have been at most 3 days.

I ordered twice from Zyliss. Before that I bought few knifes of this brand from Lakeland. Very easy transactions, knifes are good quality, very sharp. Company is using Royal Mail, so it was spotless delivery. I would highly recommend products of this company and service itself.

Exceptional products! The chopping board is nifty and great for all home interiors. The selection of peelers are truely wonderful and the craftsmanship that went into them is on another level!

An appalling experience. No information was given about the identity of the courier, who failed to disclose a day and time slot for the delivery of the ordered items, and instead chucked them down into a neighbour's basement flat. Luckily, they were unbroken, and the neighbour, mystified by a package unexpectedly dumped on them, was good enough to come round late at night and ask if it was mine.
