We signed a contract with ZSIDEO Content LLC for video editing services and paid in full. Unfortunately, after the first week, there has been no communication, no delivery, and no response to repeated follow-ups.

For a business promising professional service, this lack of accountability is deeply disappointing. I would advise others to proceed with caution and ensure proper verification before engaging.

They basically said, we're shutting down business for you (all my clients were affected) and I attempted to negotiate with them, the proceeded to offer a refund, I accepted said refund.

Then when it came time for the Customer Success team to step in, they ghosted me and I was left having to file chargebacks.

Update: IF YOU ARE A CLIENT, FILE A CHARGEBACK, THEY HAVE GONE OUT OF BUSINESS

Horrible experience with Zsideo - don’t be fooled by the cost effective offering and compelling examples. You’ll just spend all your time following up to be given the run around and then apology after apology with no explanation or addressing your actual issue I.e. no videos being made. Once I had made the decision to leave and request a refund the experience got even worse with them confirming a full refund had been processed, but never came. Follow up after follow up and apology after apology but still no money returned. I ended up having to dispute the initial transaction with my bank who were luckily able to retrieve the funds.

This company’s whole business model seems to be sell, sell, sell and then do everything possible not to actually deliver. After I paid, it took over 20 days just to get my raw videos even looked at and that was only after I kept asking over and over. They could never give me a straight deadline, and when they finally did, they never followed through. After almost two weeks of them claiming to be “working on it,” I got part of an unfinished video full of typos… and then came the excuses.

Honestly, I truly believe their entire setup is meant to keep clients stuck in limbo just long enough to miss the window to file a dispute (30, 60, 90 days) however long they can drag it out. (If you check the CEO’s page, you might even find a post bragging about “how to win disputes.” If it’s still up after this, take a look.)

Most of the “good” reviews are obviously fake, even on Trustpilot. Check the publish dates and you’ll see what I mean. And those big-name clients they brag about on social media? Either they don’t work with them anymore or they never did in the first place.

If something “Sounds too good to be true” it probably is! If you found this post you just saved yourself some money and unwanted headaches. Don’t fall for the scam, don’t do business they’ll rebrand and change their name soon. Just go to Upwork and find 2 solid editors!

Lost $1250! They took my money, delivered 1 AI-generated video, and then ghosted me. These people are running ads in the American region and scamming people here from overseas.

They have around 1834 members on Slack, which means around 1800 Americans have been scammed.

If they took on an average of $1000 from each American, that is 1800 * 1000 = 1,800,0000

18 million dollars bagged. These people are located in Pakistan. 18 million dollars in Pakistan is 281,175,000. This money is enough to set you up for life.

I am going to report them to federal agencies for international crime to stop them from collecting money from innocent victims.

DON'T DO IT. The 3 star reviews are botted. This is BS. I sent 500 over after the call, put into a slack channel, no one ever even got to me.

stay far away from these guys. They are doxxed so they are putting themselves at quite a risk doing this.

ZSideo is a complete scam. I paid $500 for a video editing package with the promise that my projects would be delivered within 24–48 hours. Not only did they fail to deliver anything, but they later claimed they were “shutting down for 20 days” after already taking my money.

When I asked for a refund, they ignored my request and provided no resolution. From what I’ve learned, many other customers are experiencing the exact same issue and are being forced to dispute the charges with their banks.

This company takes your money and provides no service at all. Do not trust them, do not make any payments, and avoid this scam at all costs.

I want to warn anyone thinking about buying from this company…
I bought their “300 videos for $1,000” package because it sounded like a great deal. After purchasing, I realized I didn’t need long-form videos and asked if they could switch it to short form content instead. Instead of helping, they said I had to pay another $100 just to “switch services.” I went ahead and paid because I just wanted to get started…..The next day I sent them the shortform videos they asked for and then… nothing. No updates, no videos, no clear communication. I followed up over and over for two full weeks with no response. Finally, after I sent a long message asking what was going on and how long this was supposed to take, they finally replied saying they’d get it done! They promised the videos would be finished in 24–48 hours… so I waited another week. Still nothing. Weeks passed. Two whole months later they randomly reached out saying the video was “done”…long after I had already started a dispute because this whole thing felt like a scam.

They never delivered a single usable video the entire time. They took my money, ignored my messages, nickel and dimed me and failed to provide the service they advertise…Their reviews say everything “66 reviews” and a “2.3-star average”I wish I had seen that before buying.
If you’re thinking about using this company, don’t. It’s been one of the worst online purchase experiences I’ve ever had no support, no delivery, and endless frustration!!!!!!!

I’ll keep it simple: ZSIDEOLLC is a complete scam disguised as a legit video editing service. They lure you in with what looks like a great deal — $250 for 30 videos (around $8/video), then dangle a bigger "offer" of 130 videos for $500 (around $3.85/video). Sounds good, right? Until you actually pay them.

I fell for the bait because they promised a 30-day money-back guarantee. That was a lie. Here’s what really happened:

It took 12 days to get the first video — and it was laughably bad. A random Taylor Swift song slapped on a finance video. Zero relevance.

If you want anything done remotely close to your vision, you have to spend 30+ minutes per video writing detailed instructions and recording Loom videos. That’s more time than just editing it yourself.

They are based in Pakistan and don’t work weekends, so every minor revision takes days. If they even respond at all.

They consistently ignored messages and only replied when I threatened a refund or a credit card chargeback.

After five weeks, I had only two low-quality videos done — painfully — after dozens of follow-ups and threats.

The so-called “CEO,” a kid named Saim, is completely useless and either doesn’t care or is in over his head.

I now believe their entire game is to delay, delay, delay until your credit card chargeback window closes. Once they have your money, they ghost you and never honor their refund promise.

When I finally demanded a refund, they disappeared completely. No response. Nothing.

I hired them to save time — instead, they became a complete nightmare and wasted hours of my life.

DO NOT hire ZSIDEOLLC. CHARGE BACK IMMEDIATELY if you already paid. This is not a real service — it’s a scam operation banking on your patience running out. I regret ever trusting them.

Posting content daily used to feel impossible. Now it’s just part of my workflow. I record. They edit. I post. Done. Feels like I found a shortcut to being consistent without sacrificing quality.

I’ve had content sitting on my phone for months. Literally just sitting there. Zsideo made it easy to finally start. I didn’t even care about being perfect anymore I just knew the edits would make it look good.

Disappointing. Slow. Poor choices of B-Roll. Requires revisions. The quality varies widely between each batch of footage. They don't utilize their own process given to you by their onboarding videos. None of your branding assets are used by the editing team. They sometimes claim 1 edit is worth multiple credits for some unknown reason even when provided pre-edited footage. Their videos performed significantly worse on social media. Would not recommend.

Nothing as what they seem to be, they’re so quick and eager to close the deal however they’ll ghost you once you pay and you’ll have to keep bugging them to even check your raw materials for the first video. I knew this would possibly happen but I didn’t expect it to happen right after making the payment. Such a SCAM

Extremely disappointed to have experienced another no-show for a scheduled meeting.
Repeatedly missing meetings without notice shows a lack of respect for my time and undermines the professionalism I expect in a working relationship.
This level of unreliability is not acceptable and reflected poorly on their approach.

I encourage them to reflect on how this impacts their reputation and opportunities moving forward.

Took our money and no response!!

Generally a pain for everyone. Service was NOTHING like advertised. Tons of revisions, typos, errors, etc to the point where each deliverable was taking over a week just to get to a passable product. You absolutely get what you pay for. Learn from my mistakes!

I'm not sure if we got paired with the wrong editors but the edits were basic, tons of typos, revisions weren't acknowledged and the turnaround time for one video was over a week sometimes. A really bad experience for my agency and I think took years off my lifespan haha.

I cannot recommend this company. Payment was taken immediately, but red flags appeared on day one. It was too good ti be true. Their communication was slow, vague, and inconsistent, and the promises made during the sales call did not carry over once I onboarded. Because of these issues, I did not feel comfortable submitting content - they will just take too long there too.
