Worst customer service experience of my life. Placed an online order with them on 14 Dec 2022 and it's mid Jan 2023, my goods have not been delivered despite having paid express delivery. I've tried calling and emailing them with no response regarding my refund. They've ignored my WhatsApp and Instagram messages. All I want is my money back and will not be shopping with Zimfoods again. You give other small Zimbabwean businesses a bad rap and make it harder for us to support you.

Robbers is what they are
Would give them a zero if I could.They robbed me of my hard earned money and now they dont reply my emails or pick up the phone.Even on their live chat they ignore messeges.Don't buy from them unless you have money to waste.Coming all the way from Zimbabwe to rob people smh

The worst customer service
The worst customer service, my order was delivered incomplete. I requested for my outstanding order and no communication. I then requested a refund and still no communication and this was after the order had taken a longer time than stipulated to be delivered. Only use this service if you are willing to risk losing your money.

I bought polony they are scammers it's not the polony that you know from home they are making it themselves and it's no where near from polony that you know .Charging a lot of money for fake polony.Shame on you.

I'd give 0 if i could. They are rude and ignore messages sent to them but you can see they have viewed them.they will then claim they never received the messages.they made a mistake and said they dont make mistakes and that was it..horrible people.have all the evidence of interactions or lack thereof with them
