J ai commandé un pot en émail arrivé très abîmé et on me l a échangé contre un autre abîmé ! J ai envoyé un message et j espère bien avoir une réponse mais j attends toujours.
A fuir si vous êtes pressés.

Très bon site. Problème pris en charge rapidement par le service client! Je recommande Zangra !

Durée de vie très très limitée. Sur les images ca a l'air quali, mais tout vient de Chine et tout se casse en quelques semaines.

1 ster omdat 0 niet gaat.
Sturen kapotte goederen op en ontlopen dan elke verantwoordelijkheid.
Website die uitblinkt in het verkopen van overpriced rommel.
Ook heel slecht bereikbaar achteraf.

They sell broken and overpriced junk and don't take any responsibility for that. You only get no reply emails.

J ai passé commande et n ai jamais été livré, ni contacté par le sois disant livreur...Le service client me dit qu ils doivent attendre plusieurs semaines pour recuperer la marchandise et pour me la renvoyer ensuite...pas de date, pas d envoi possible de marchandise en attendant...
Je suis donc contraint d annuler ma commande puisque je n ai aucune date de livraison, ni d explication...
Mais la encore on ne me remboursera que lorsque LEUR transporteur daignera ramèner la marchandise...bref aucune fiabilité sur les delais de livraison et je ne sais meme pas si la commande a été envoyée en fait...donc a fuir ! Heureusement je n avais commandé qu un seul interrupteur pour tester la fiabilité de ce marchand.

Leider entspricht ist die Qualität und der Kundenservice in keinster Weise den Erwartungen, die geweckt werden, wenn man sich den Instagram-Content ansieht. Die Produkte haben eine sehr schlechte Qualität, teilweise sind die Artikel aus Porzellan zerkratzt und die Verpackungen kommen sehr verstaubt und schmutzig an. Der Kundenservice ist schon darauf programmiert und gibt standardmäßige verständnisvolle aber nicht hilfreiche und problemlösende Antworten und möchte, dass man den Paketaufkleber fotografiert, damit der Paketdienst dafür verantwortlich gemacht werden kann. Schade, hier kaufe ich nicht mehr.

J'ai acheté des luminaires, 30€ chaque, et j'ai trouvé exactement les mêmes à Leroy Merlin à 5€. La seule différence étant la couleur.
Je le leur ai signalé, ils n'ont jamais répondu.

C'est de la galère à installer ... malgré un disgin rétro sympa, je déconseille.

BOT customer service only - named Olga. No phone, no email contact despite pending orders. My specific questions were thrown links to the products I bought which lacked the information. Prices more than double on plumbing, hardware and electrical items also made in Europe. Never again.

Never again!
Firstly the packaging for the Lamps were unacceptable and 2 of the 4 Lamps came delivered broken. The big box was half empty, giving way too much room for everything to move around and collide with each other. The Shades themselves were packed in thin paper; just 1 layer. I'm really suprised that the other two somehow survived.
Secondly: like it would be normal (and probably it is some Insurance scheme) they said sure we send you replacements as the fault lies by the deliverer (not true!). the problem: The replacement arrives at the Billing address in Germany and not at the Delivery address in Estonia. After that point no reply from Zangra to any of the emails. Not acceptable!!
Third: The quality of the shades is so bad that even-though all of them were the same 2 of the 4 didn't fit a standard bulb through the opening.

Please buy somewhere else and save yourself the trouble!!

I bought 2 pairs of canvas shoes. The order was accepted however after 3 weeks only one pair arrived with a note saying the other was refunded. The postage for only one pair has made this disproportionately expensive and I would not have placed an order for only one pair. Not happy with them and the only email is a no-reply address. I will not use them again

Very poor communication. Looks like a BA but turns out more like Ryanair. Message saying order cancelled 2 days after the order was confirmed, reason was that they cannot ship the item to the UK as it is too large. There is not an email address or phone number to contact Zangra. Only their online messaging ‘system’. This is the latest in a series of attempts to purchase items from them, will try hard to find alternatives next time.

J'ai commandé essentiellement des luminaires en porcelaine (9). Le service client est assez réactif mais ne répond pas toujours aux attentes spécifiques. Décevant comme très souvent par la vente à distance: pas de reconnaissance client, arrangement impossible.
De plus, l'électricien qui a posé certains modèles a bcp pesté lors de la pose, il a cassé le premier globe en verre. Il ne veut plus effectuer la pose des produits Zangra. Deux globes cassés, un an et 4 mois plus tard, installation pas terminée dû au retard de livraison et de production ,modèle fragile ....

Zero stars my God they deserve it!!!. Our package was shipped and lost. They hide behind a cloud of a website with no one to talk too, no tracking, no follow up, no nothing.... .... Its so bad, our order never arrived. To this day nothing. Z A N G R A F U

je suis tellement choqué par mon expérience , j 'ai acheté il y a plus de 3 mois une commande de 500 euros qui devait arrivé a Mallorque, je ne l 'ai jamais reçu , le service client ne me réponds même pas . je ne sais pas quoi faire , comment être remboursé .....tellement mauvaise expérience . Aucune aide . Un scandale , des voleurs .

Emballage très soigné pour protéger la porcelaine....ravie de mes achats....je recommanderai sans hésitation....juste peut-être un petit bémol au niveau de la loupe de recherche qui ne comprend pas le français !!
