I phoned to confirm availability if some Isabella products after being let down by other companies who said they has stock but didn't. I spoke with Leah who was not only pleasant and helpful but actually knew the details of the products without any hesitation.
After confirming all items were actually in stock I ordered online and received both confirmation and dispatch emails.
Items were shipped Parcel Force 48 and arrived on time with probably the best packaging i have ever seen. Someone had actually taken the time to bubble wrap each item inside the original packaging and them protect the outside of the boxes with more protection.
I could not be happier with the purchase and the service.
I hope that Leah (hope that is spelt correctly) gets recognition for how polite and helpful she was as other retailers could learn from how she handled my call and questions.
Very well done.

All hell breaks loose if you return something
I agree with many of the reviews on here…easy to order and quick delivery!
But there is a big but….and it starts when you try and return an item! They seem clueless how you return stuff…took them three days to tell me how!
I returned it recorded delivery and three weeks later I had not been received! They said they had not had the package! Checked my delivery company and it had been signed for by a member of staff. It was confirmed by the company that he was a member of staff but claimed that parcelforce often sign in his name and dump it somewhere if he is not available! The manager said she would investigate but was able to describe my parcel perfectly! A refund was issued after the weekend and I asked for a refund of my postage as they had messed up!! They were quite abrupt and said no! Even after an investigation where their cctv has shown the staff member signing for the parcel at the time parcelforce quoted! Staff are lovely when you are buying and incredibly rude when you return stuff and complain! The manager didn’t even know the complaints procedure! Amateur and liars! They lied about the parcel and blamed others and then lied about info they sent me! Nice way to sell something twice perhaps! Rudest managers I have ever spoken…all their mistakes and all could have been put right by admitting this and paying my £12 return postage! PS they also trade as Teeside Caravans so beware!

I am happy to hear that placing an order and your delivery experience was a positive one but sorry that you feel your experience of returning your item did not meet your expectations.
Teesside Caravans are committed to providing a consistent and professional approach in all it does, however, we do recognise that very occasionally things go wrong, and when it does, we aim to put things right as quickly and smoothly as possible.
We accept that there was a delay to our usual prompt return procedure, this was due to human error in that there was a communication breakdown with team members. We have looked into this to ensure it will not happen again and used it as a learning experience for staff. However the refund was still provided within the time period as set out in our terms and conditions on our website.
We offer a full refund for unused, unopened items plus postage. Once we had confirmed your parcel had arrived then your refund for the item plus postage was given. The item was incorrectly ordered or not required by you rather than a faulty or damaged order therefore we would not cover return postage to get the item back to us. As there was a delay at our end from our usual service, our After Sales Manager did offer you a discount code for you to use in the future. If you still wish to take advantage of this offer, you can reply to the email communications sent through.
We do also trade as Teesside Caravans, an Award Winning, NCC Council Approved Dealership and Workshop.

Fantastic great website I rang to speak to someone to check availability on some Isabella chairs he was very helpful so much so he checked they were actually in stock as on the website and confirmed they were . Only company that I rang that actually answered the phone .
Chairs and bag to carry them came very quickly would highly recommend this company you will be in good hands
