Placed an order for some bumper plates at a great price.
Product arrived within the timeframe. Unfortunately one of them was badly damaged but customer service sorted it right away and a replacement was with me in a couple of days.
Quality of the product is exceptional.
Will buy again.

My First experience with Yorkfitness.. Absolutely loved it, they said 3-7 days delivery.. l got it all in 2 days!! Superb quality, When l need more product, l know where to go! Why can’t all companies be this good.

Yet another company where it's not possible to speak to a human being. I had a simple query about a spare part that I needed for my York exercise bike. It could have been answered in seconds on the 'phone. But the recorded message says "no".....in order to speak to the Sales or Parts department one has to email the company. Then maybe, just maybe, someone from York Fitness might spare a moment in their busy schedule, to email/telephone/fax back a response to a customer. After that.....well who knows! And their website even lulls you into a false sense of security, with an invitation "if you want to speak to us" and a 'phone number. But when you ring the number you are simply told to email your question or issue. This is not customer service! I give up!

Don't worry, the company is super.
I placed my order ,then panicked as I thought I had ordered the wrong item.
There is a telephone number which you can ring,this simply tells you the email address for a "customer help desk"My heart sank " oh no I thought, im doomed.
WRONG. My Question was answered within a nanosecond!!!.I was immediately put at ease,my queries answered fully ,with a easy explanation.
Honestly I couldn't believe it.
My order was delivered super quick, with plenty of updates, and the quality excellent!!.( I ordered some York dumbbells).

Provided with access to a download of a user manual to an R700 rowing machine. not much use unfortunately as it didn't show what I needed - diagram of how the pull cord should be fed through rollers. But the fact a download of the working of old machines was provided at all is refreshing :)

Just been dealing with York Fitness and can’t fault them. Bought an exercise bike but didn’t suit me and they let me return it, which they didn’t have to. In particular I dealt with Matej who always responded to me and can’t thank him enough. Excellent service.

Brilliant customer service - my original dumbell order had a fault, but customer services were super fast and replaced the item within 24 hours.

I placed an incorrect order which the team were more than happy to amend this before dispatch.

Requested help from Matej RE buying some J Hooks/ Barbell Racks for my 540 bench as the website had the potential ones out of stock, and no picture to confirm.

In a couple of emails Matej had asked me to confirm the serial number of my bench (with a picture example) and once confirmed sent me the direct links to the product - which I bought. They arrived in 2 days and fit great.

I recently needed a spare part for my rower, but was disappointed to find that the company did not usually ship to Northern Ireland. However, when I contacted their customer service team, they quickly reassured me and made an exception to ship the part to my location. Helped me fix up an old model cross trainer via email, would never have been able to use it again properly were it not for their patient assistance. They responded really promptly to my enquiry as well.

I have a rowing Machine over 10 years old and I cannot even get replacement seat wheels. they do not stock them and have no suggestions, so in theory, the whole machine goes in the skip.
I can see on the net there are plenty of alternatives: bearings and wheels are third party items and are all over the internet. It won't be going in the skip, no thanks to York's abysmal Spares Back up. Beware when buying from them.

Very high quality equipment and the customer service is first class. Unfortunately DHL ruined delivery (as per normal) but York customer service was on hand to help (shoutout to Matej), they were great at issuing replacements/refunds and very apologetic!
