I stayed in Ministers Reach appt for 8 days .
It’s fabulous.

This was a well located apartment (Aura)to the centre of York city. The apartment was very clean and well presented, some areas of wear and tear but nominal and did not in any way affect our stay. Support from team prior to visit could not be faulted. Overall we really enjoyed our stay! Definitely book again!!

Excellent stay for 3 nights, enjoyed how relaxing and quiet it was.
Great to have the cows welcome you on arrival 😆

False advertising. Broken raised Broken floor tiles. Paint peeling of ceiling in bathroom. Nails sticking out off floor. They say it's been recently be refurbished to an high standard. Very may other faults. Very poor customer service. I definitely look into more bad reviews before you book. If anyone else has issues see the trading standards legislation of 1968 act. To get places like these stopped from false advertising

Great communication in advance of our stay at Abbots Chambers and they agreed for us to drop off our luggage whilst they were cleaning from the previous guests. It is in a great location, only 5 minutes walk to get into the walled area.

We stayed in The Creamery for a week - what a house! Absolutely beautiful, so much space, so cosy and welcoming. We wished we lived there! House had everything we needed for a week's stay. Such a great location on the outskirts of York too and was super handy for our family in Haxby, just a quick drive to the supermarket and village for supplies, close to town and the designer outlet mall too just down the bypass. Really quiet location and highly recommend, and the team at York Boutique Lets were also super helpful with any questions we had.

I book with this company for work accommodation every week and all the different properties available are great. The team are also easy to get in touch with and are very helpful. I would definitely recommend.

We stayed in the cocoa suites and it was fabulous. The room was gorgeous and perfect for just the two of us. The old style window was my favourite part as it was old brick and looked down onto a river. The one and only complaint a little fan would have been lovely as it was very warm and the windows only open a crack. Thankyou cocoa suites for an amazing stay! We will be back!

Awful Management company with shoddy cleaning standards and very poor (if any) maintenance efforts. Rented Patrick’s Pool, one of their most expensive properties in York for 5 nights, paying £2000+. Horrendous cleaning quality in the property, looked as if only some carpets and bathroom floors were cleaned. Food and waste on the kitchen walls, dust and cobwebs in most rooms. No cleaning products provided, so no way to clean the cooker if you want to use it or sweep a floor. Dirty/dusty light shades over the breakfast bar and the ceiling light in the living room.
Token £50 refund offered which doesn’t even cover the cleaning fee I was charged.

Stayed at Bootham House 7. Great place, nice building, well furbished, good spaces, excellent location. iuliana was very helpful. Parking arrangements worked fine. In one word, excellent

We stayed at Blue Bridge Appartments, fantastic location, very spacious and quiet area! Short walk to centre of York. Very clean and all mod cons. Would definitely recommend this apartment.

Beautiful house spacious well decorated and very clean. A bottle of Prosecco milk tea and coffee were a welcoming touch. Games to be played as well. Very close to the city centre . Certainly a lot more freedom than a hotel and more comfortable. Friends had one just around the corner not as big rooms but again well decorated and clean . The bonus also free parking. Well worth the money.

We recently stayed at St John Street property, fantastic property in an ideal location. York Boutique Lets are very easy to deal with and. They areevery accommodating. I will definitely we using them again.

We originally booked a different apartment to stay at, but when we arrived on the day, we found out that the booking agent had made a mistake. The original room wasn't available.

We were told we would be getting an upgrade at no extra cost, and that the new house was truly a great upgrade. They couldn't of been more correct.

FERIA PLACE - YORK

The house was IMMACULATE. Clean, cosy, open, beautiful don't think i could run out of compliments about the place. All instructions for coffee machine, hob, key vault etc were easy to understand and concise. The utilities were fantastic and the location was perfect. A picturesque 10 minute walk to the centre of York city centre, what more could you ask for ?

Only met the host for 2-3 minutes, but her pride in her home and her welcoming attitude was apparent straight away.

Cannot recommend this place enough.

Fantastic happy mistake

The house we stayed in was incredible! We had a really lovely stay. It was true to description, looked exactly as it did on the photos and very clean. The host was really helpful and sent all detailed instructions beforehand with recommendations of what to do in york and was always quick to reply when I had questions. The house was really spacious and great for our hen do party! Lovely location and not too far from the city centre. Had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend them!

The accommodations were great, very comfortable, clean, excellent location.

The apartment was just inside the city walls so very close to the centre of York. The soft furnishings are really lovely and comfortable. Very luxurious property. First appearance was lovely, spacious and facilities were top notch. Everything you could ever wish for in a short stay holiday home. The beds were comfortable clean and tidy.
The only problem we had was finding the property as we hadn't been given the property number only the street.
Otherwise everything was fabulous. Will book again for sure as definitely value for money.

Hope Street House York is in an ideal position within walking distance of York city centre and attractions. It was a brilliant base for a family gathering of 3 generations, including off street parking for 3 cars. The facilities and cleanliness were exceptional and we lacked for nothing. Despite being positioned among houses there was an outside area for sitting which was very pleasant on a warm sunny night and which made the most of limited scope

Absolutely over the moon with the flat in York, it was a birthday present for my mum and both her and my dad can’t stop talking about it. They have been to York many many times and always went to the same place and they said they will always be going back to this place as it had ever comfort available. The free parking was amazing and the location is perfect - my dad even made a new friend in the Italian restaurant just below the apartment. Thanks so much and I can guarantee they will be back very soon…my dad was already looking at dates too book - thanks again and highly recommended.

Loved our stay at Patrick Pool accommodation for a 2 night get together with friends. Very comfortable and spacious apartment, everything you need, beds very comfy too. Excellent location next to the Shambles. Would definitely recommend.
