I ordered black running boards for my Ram 1500. I looked for a long time and liked the look of these. It turns out they are chrome and just painted black. Just before the one year anniversary that paint started falling off. I knew the time was tight so I looked it up. It was a day after I ordered them the year before, but two days before I received them. Contacted the company. No dice. Not even a discussion about making it right.

I ordered fender flares from Yiamotor and they sent the wrong flares. I have been trying for days to get the right flares sent out I offered to return the old flares but to no avail. They pulled a bait and switch. Buyer beware, this is a corrupted Chinese company. When you call or email they act dumb and rush you off the phone. They don't understand English well so if problems arise with your order and they will, Yitimotor can play dumb and pretend they just can't fully understand you this makes it so hard to communicate or get them to understand the problem, in the process they steal your money the money you have to work hard everyday for rain, snow or typhoon. BUYER BEWARE, BUYER BEWARE, BUYER BEWARE!!!!!

I received the order two days ago. The carpets really look good in our Kia Telluride. I can say it was a great experience shopping online with Yitamotor. I would recommend your products and services, any time. GOOD JOB! THANKS!!!

Just a regular customer. I ordered running boards for my 2020 F350. Communication was great, packaging was top notch, and I was really happy with the product quality. The instructions were also easy to follow. I saw some negative reviews, but my experience was excellent.

Worst customer service ever. Order from yitamotor at your own risk.
Ordered running boards. They sent the wrong ones. No one answers phone. Left message, no call back. Took 5 days to answer email. They said they would send me a return shipping label, at my expense, but never did. Won't answer further emails.

This company is not good the 2022 Chevy Malibu floor mats I ordered I just opened the box and they are used where do you order something and get it but when you open it they are used and it has a mate that doesn’t belong in here 2 front mates and the back mate and a mate that doesn’t belong with this set all used!!!!!!!!!!!! Ordered running boards. Realized within minutes i orderef for a JT not a JL, my bad eyesight. Called within 30 minutes to cancel was told they canceled. Next day got email order was shipped?? 3 days later email order was delivered but nothing was delivered. Called, no one can explain but says i have to return parts to get only a 70% of refund?? But I have no parts to return and will not give refund. WTF!!!

Ordered a Tonneau cover kit will all the hardware and tools that go with it. The box that arrived was perfectly intact, but the only items included were the cover, two side rails, instructions and two loose screws rolling around in the shipping box. The hardware, clamps and tools that were supposed to be included were missing. The response I got when I emailed customer service was that they could refund me up to $70 so I could go and find these parts myself. There’s a reason why I spent money on the kit, everything I paid for should be included. All of which I told customer service while emphasizing that in no way would I accept that as a solution. After two separate calls, I thought that my concerns were finally understood. But their second email offer was the same insulting one as the first. $70 refund. If I wanted to DIY this project, I wouldn’t have gone and bought a kit obviously. I’ve worked 10+ years in customer service and I’ve never encountered anything as bad as this. Bare minimum, I expect an exchange for the same item (which will hopefully have all the items included), or a full refund. Anything else is just insulting. If my request for an exchange actually gets approved on their end, I might just give this review an extra star. Either way, this will be my first and last time shopping at Yita.

I found exactly what I was looking for at a great price. Ordering was easy, shipping was fast, and product was an exact fit. So far it seems to be a quality product.

I liked the price point of around $129 versus $256 and more for some better known competitors. I am mixed. The fit is approximate and not "laser cut" or near perfect.

I purchased the 48" bucket clamp-on pallet fork to help with our clean up after a wind storm. Beyond the design concept, the discounts offered, along with free shipping, enticed me to make the purchase. It arrived in a reasonable amount of time. The one thing (and thus the 4 star review) that would have saved me some anxiety and time would have been a diagram showing how to mount the fork on the tractor bucket. I figured it out, but I have two bolts left over. I am a safety geek, so knowing that it is installed properly is important to me.

I ordered the YITAMOTOR® Trailer Dolly with 2" and 1-7/8" Hitch Ball, 1200 lbs Tongue Weight Capacity, Adjustable Trailer Dolly with 2pcs 16" Pneumatic Versus Tires and 1pc 6" Pneumatic Versus Tires. I had to purchase the two larger bolts that put the frame together and the holes were not cut correctly so I had to drill them out to correct them.

Advert claimed "plug and play ready" Kinda hard to plug in when the plug is missing and lights are not physically wired in. Website for Yitamotor is a joke. Doesn't load up...ever. Their "support" phone number rings and rings then gets message "We are closed. Call back after some time". WTH is that? What is some time?? Would never buy again. Junk

I purchased the floor mats and cargo mat for my mom as a present. She bought a 2024 Chevrolet Equinox. I was a little skeptical when purchasing them due to the price but I was pleasantly surprised. They were good quality and fit well. My mom was very pleased at well.
