Great Service

Believe the reviews! Ordered a hat in the summer that took so long to come I forgot I even ordered it! Than I ordered some sneakers last week just for them to send a email saying they don’t have them in stock! So why the F did you take my money!?!?!? I think YCMC is ran by some kids out of a basement.

Mr. Cruz: Since we do not have your email address or order number on Trustpilo I cannot provide specific answers to your question, especially on an order which you state was placed 6 months ago. I will also inform you that our typical shipping window for 95% of our orders has been 3-5 business days from when you placed an order. I will also tell you that we DO NOT "take customer's money" until items actually physically ship confirm. Prior to that order event, it's only an authorization hold by your bank which they control entirely. Regarding your comment and option about our business, it's not worth a response as we've been in business for over 73 years and operate 39 retail locations.

Still waiting on my shoes to ship

Still waiting on my shoes to ship. Why does it take so long to ship?? I asked if they could change the size to 8.5 and I understand why. But they haven’t proceeded to ship the shoe. I’ve never had this problem before, footlocker would have it out by the next day! At this point I just want a refund. UPDATE They refunded me the money back. 😉 I wouldn’t recommend this site. Any other shoe store says 5-7 days to ship but normally ships out within 48 hours.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, NEVER AGAIN

All the negative reviews are true and I wish I had read them before making an order. I ordered shoes from YCMC online and its been over a month and I've gotten no confirmation, no notice of my order being cancelled or any communication. I've tried reaching out through their customer service email and heard nothing back, it's been over two weeks. I've also tried contacting them through social media and nothing. The phone number listed on this site doesn't even work, its ridiculous. I WOULD NEVER order from them again or recommend anyone to buy anything from them. Super shady business and I wouldn't waste my time shopping here.

Waste of time

I emailed customer service to check on an order status. This was my first order with them and I found them off Google, so I was already weary of them as a company. Anyways, like the trend you’ll see from other reviewers, their customer service likes to point out how you, their customer, are basically annoying them with your inquiry. “Your order is processing. Currently our average shipping window is 5-7 business days. Today is business day #6 for your order.” I placed the order Oct.17 and emailed Oct. 25 (9 days). Okay, fine. What’s the icing on the cake, shortly after I received that email, they cancelled my order. They may think it’s no big deal because hey, the pending charge will not hit, right? But now I am out 10 days of an item I actually need and sale from a more reputable company. This is the price you pay taking a chance on a small no name company to save a few dollars. I would suggest just paying the extra $5/$10 bucks and stick to companies with established track records and professional customer service.

Legit site

I ordered on October 12th got my Leona Docs October 19th, everything went well they were packaged beautifully. It came with a small scratch on the toe of the boot, but I expected it to happen as it is smooth waxy leather that scratches easily, I personally don’t care but just be aware when ordering these boots.

Paid $110 to get the new animal…

Paid $110 to get the new animal crossing X Puma sneakers. They were the only ones with my size still in stock. Almost two week later and I finally get a notification saying "oops we don't have enough to fulfill your order, but we'll give you a refund." At least i get a refund but come on, don't sell product you don't have. Best buy will say PS5 is out of stock 15 seconds before they sell the last one, but these people will sell you something they don't have and take weeks to tell you they don't have it.

Mr. Parke: You placed your order on 9/14 on our end of summer clearance sale (40% off) your shorts. This promotion drove an incredible amount of orders in 2 days. The stock on the item you purchased was limited.

We attempted to locate a pair in 10 different stores over the days after you placed the order. Unfortunately, there was not a pair available for us to fill your order and we had to cancel the order. I'm sorry your order was open for 13 days, but at times, for end of season clearance in apparel, inventory does run out of stock.

Should of read reviews!!

I should of came here to read reviews as I usually do. So yep my fault for not doing that and ordering. I never received this so called package that was delivered. Rude customer service but I definitely see I’m not the only person saying this. Will never buy again and don’t recommend this place.

i’ve been contacting ycmc about my stolen package forever still no refund YCMC IS A JOKE THEY ARE A FAKE WEBSITE AND NEVER TAKE CUSTOMERS SERIOUSLY, i was supposed to be refunded for my package 51509 and never was !!

This will be the last response after a string of responses. We have responded to every one of your postings and emails. The FACTS of your delivery is that it shipped on 7/12 and was delivered on 7/13 at 5:03 PM with a POD signed by YOU. "ING". The UPS has a confirmed, signed Proof of Delivery. We take our responsibilities in customer service very seriously and always respond to our cusotmers. Who are we suppose to believe, your claim on non-receipt, or a signed POD by the UPS? This issue is closed. I would also caution you on the words you choose on a public forum as our company has been in business for over 73 years. We are not "fake".

Everything was great!

Never again

Never again. Ordered some beef and broccoli timberland field boots from here because they were priced at $150 vs $160 everywhere else. I should have just paid the $160 when i saw them initially in the mall at shoe city. Been waiting over a week for the shoes to ship out and they still have not shipped.

I just went ahead and bought a pair from the mall. Ill return these whenever they decide to ship them. Way too slow of shipping for 2021. Yall need to catch up. Not sure why anyone would shop here. Too many reliable options

I'm sorry you are unhappy. You placed your order on Wednesday, 8/25 at 9:42 PM making it a Thursday, 8/26 to starting the fulfillment process. We have an estimated ship window of 3-5 business days as many of our online orders are filled with inventory from one of our stores. Today, Monday, 8/30, would have been day #3. The order was due to ship out to you today. Again, I'm sorry you are not happy but a 2-3 business day ship window is fairly common for e-Commerce. Per your request, we cancelled your order today. You were never charged and the authorization hold by your bank will drop off per their policies and protocols. Thank you and I'm happy you found them in one of our stores.

Decided to give them a try because I seen them on IG. Big mistake! Just go to the website the shoes are originally from. 5-7 business days just to ship a shoe is ridiculous. I actually have to wait for my shoe to get here to get a refund but while I’m waiting I ordered the shoe from the actual site and got it in 3 days

With most orders, the ship window is 3-5 days. This window can vary by time of the year due to seasonal volume shifts. Launch products usually are shipped in 24 business hours as we have dedicated inventory on those styles. Other orders are filled with inventory from one of our retail stores here in DC and Baltimore thus the 1-3 days on the front end of the shipping window.

If you need to change or return any item(s) that you ordered in error, please return it to us as soon as you receive it. Please note, all final sale items including, but not limited to release products, face masks, and underwear are final sale and not eligible for return.

If you want to add an item to a recently placed order, please place a new order for the additional item(s).

For your case, I have made an exception since you claim it was unauthorized. Please note that whoever placed your order used the same address for billing AND shipping address. Please note that it is the account holder's responsibility to secure login credentials and financial information when placing orders. missing package

hello i placed an order from ycmc expecting delivery today . I received a delivery notification with no delivery this is ridiculous where is my order , my order number is 51509 i asked my neighbors if they seen this package and they haven’t i can’t even call ycmc due to them having no phone number , WHERE IS MY PACKAGE I NEED A REFUND

Our order numbers are all numeric in nature. Additionally, this platform does not provide your name or email address. Please email us the name the order is under, the order number, and your email address so we can research and assist you. Please send this information to services@ycmc.com. We will respond immediately.

As an FYI, all of our support is through email since Covid precautions were implemented in 2020. Our average response time for email is 2 hours.

UPDATE: Thank you for sending the order number. I just emailed you directly from our email platform. The package was delivered with signature required on 7/13 at 5:03 PM by UPS Ground Residential. Please contact UPS directly if you are stating otherwise. (I included tracking information for you on the separate email.)

UPDATE #2: I just emailed you directly again. The proof of delivery from the UPS states otherwise. When there is a dispute of delivery with a signed POD, we need to follow their protocols to determine the facts on the delivery. Please reference the email I just sent you and we will assist you. Mistakes can happen with any carrier, and we will certainly assist you with them but unfortunately at present time, the only documentation I have is the proof of delivery by the UPS. Again, please reference the direct email I just sent since we cannot speak specifics on this public forum.

We have already sent you the tracking information to your email address. There is nothing more we can do.

Terrible service

Terrible service, waited a week to tell me they did not have an item I ordered in stock and did not do anything about it. They just told me to order it again even though it wasn't on sale anymore and I got free shipping before but can't anymore. Never ordering from here again

Mr. Grauer - I'm sorry but we're a little confused. Did your order number end in 238? If so, you placed this on 7/1 at 9:27 PM ET, it shipped today (4th business day) and will be handed over to UPS tonight. 3 of the 4 items shipped today and unfortunately, the other item was out of stock.

You were sent a ship confirmation email with tracking information at 2:02 ET. It was sent to your gmail email address. This is the ONLY order you have in our system, so we'll need more information on what you describe above as there is nothing prior to this order as I describe. Please advise.

I made a purchase from YCMC on Saturday and received my package in a timely manner. The issue I have is one of my shoes came with a security tag on it. I emailed customer service and still waiting for a response. What am I supposed do with a shoe that has a security tag on it.

I'm sorry you encountered issues at checkout however the billing address check occurs on all websites. This is mandated by the credit card companies.

It sounds like an authorization was established but since the address you provided failed at checkout, the order was never approved. Again, this is the AVS check for the billing address you provided with the one the bank has on file.

Your bank controls all authorizations as we do not have access to them. Most banks drop the authorizations in 1-3 days but again, I don't know your bank's protocols. We do not capture and actually charge authorizations until orders physically ship.

They sold me USED shoes

My timberlands were delivered 12 later from the scheduled delivery date. Ok cool...I work for fedex so I understand. Nooooow what I don't get it to why one boot has a wear crease in it and the other looks looks it has a pinky toe impression in it. I think they sold me used shoes. I do have pictures.
