May I take this opportunity to say how delighted I am with the customer service I've received from XVX Vape. I made a query about an item on New Year's day. Alex replied to my query on the very next business day and he was not only helpful but he also went the extra mile to ensure that I received the correct product. I have been using the xvx magnet pod since it's launch. While I like the easy use I have been a little disappointed in the quality of the product. I bought a twin pack and within weeks one of the magnets fell out. An email to customer service and a few pictures later I was sent a replacement. Over the last couple of months the magnets have fallen out. I mentioned this to my husband and unknown to me he ordered me some new ones, he had a discount code, on the same day I also got a discount code email so decided to order some new ones for myself. Both orders arrived yesterday, I was shocked to see my husband had paid £8:90 for postage where I had been charged £5:95 I also got 3 pre filled pods he got 2. There doesn't seem to be any continuity in postage charges. So while I do recommend xvx products I would suggest you keep an eye on their delivery charges.

Love this product I bought 2 refillable vape so can use 1 while the other recharges
Plus it's cheaper than using the throw away pods thankyou

XVX Magnet Vape pod is one of the best vapes I have ever used. You have 2 options with this vape, it can be used for mouth to lung vaping or Direct to lung vaping. I prefer the mouth to lung. I would definitely recommend this vape to all vapers.

I was smoking and finishing a disposable vape every day which was a cost of £5-£6 per day, until I came across XVX's magnet pod pen.
