I bought from this company a lifetime service and last year they closed their website "xtremehdiptv" and this year reopened with "xtremhdiptv". They removed the letter "e" befor the hdiptv. They kep my $500 I paid. Be careful, they will close any time and keep you money.

They were great for 2 years, now they are playing games as ‘mow they’re back’ emails come across with a discount. They hid behind a .com name and that got shutdown innFeb 2026. Lost money on both as subscriptions were paid and not delivered to the end.

Customer service is horrendous. Their chat service is a joke. Their agents are always busy and you never hear back. Made bitcoin payment for subscription and never heard back with login credentials. Look elsewhere

Non existent customer service, emails go unanswered. Once you pay them you are on your own.

Subscribed for 1 year in October 2025. Service
then expired in November 2025.
Managed to contact them and was reinstated.
End of December and my login details are invalid.
No response from customer service.

Scam no customer service they take your money for a service that buffers all the time and then shut down cannot even log back in…ridiculous off

Tragic...NO customer support WHATSOEVER...jaw-droppingly unprofessional. Save yourself a bit of time...take $30 out of your wallet; open the nearest window...and chuck it out...it's quicker and less hassle that way.

The worst scammers. Take your money and absolutely NO SUPPORT. I’ve sent a minimum of 10 messages over the past several months, crickets. Stay away!

SCAM! SCAM! THEY SHUT DOWN THIS SITE ONLY TO MAKE ANOTHER ONE XTREMHDIPTV TO ROB CUSTOMERS AGAIN. THE NEW SITE WAS MADE THE AAME EXACT TIME THIS ONE WAS AHUT DOWN! SERVICE, SITE, LOGO, EVERYTHING IS THE EXACT SAME! ROBBED ME OF LIFETIME MEMBERSHIP AND NOW WANTS ME TO BUY A NEW LIFETIME MEMBERSHIP THROUGH THERE OTHER SITE!

The Xtreme HD IPTV service shut down its website at xtremehdiptv(DOT)org for reasons unknown. I don't know for sure if the service is still active, but I read that current users are still receiving service. This would mean that new customers can no longer subscribe to the Xtreme HD IPTV service.

Beware...

Xtreme HD IPTV at xtremehdiptv(DOT)org is the official service. You will find 5 services with websites using the same Xtreme HD IPTV brand name. None of them is the official Xtreme HD IPTV service and appears to be resellers of the service instead.

This is not to say it's a bad thing, but something peculiar happened when I dived further into things. Let me explain, so you don't get scammed...

I visited each of the 5 Xtreme HD IPTV service websites, but one stuck out more. It was the website with the URL... www.xtreemehdiptv(DOT)org
Notice the two 'ee' in xtreemehdiptv. Remember the official service was located at... xtremehdiptv(DOT)org that has one 'e' in xtreme.

I thought perhaps this was the official service that put up a new website, but added the two 'ee', so I contacted them. I inquired about their service to see if this was the official service. They told me they are the owners of both websites--one being closed down, so I pursued further.

During the communication via WhatsApp, they asked me if I had a personal or business PayPal account. I told them yes. Next, they said I could make 5% on each of their sales if I allowed them to use my PayPal account.

They told me they bring in around $1000.00 per day and already have someone from France who's benefiting from this setup. Sales payments go to that person's PayPal account, where s/he keep 5% and send the rest to the other party each time $500.00 in sales is reached, which I was told twice per day.

They also sent a video and a screenshot of the sales made

Already thinking this is probably some kind of scam, I indulged further by asking the person, who seems to be a female, did they needed access to my PayPal account. the person on WhatsApp told me no. They only need my PayPal email address, and nothing else would be needed from me. The person said that it would be very easy to scam them out of money, but they are willing to take a chance. In other words, the ball is in my court.

I decide to indulge further to see exactly what they are doing. I already had a good idea of what's happening and how things would work. I created a new Proton Mail email address and forwarded it to my main email address. Then I added and changed my personal email address to the Proton email address in my unused personal PayPal account. The other person asked me if this was a new or old PayPal account, so I told him/her it's old.

Still knowing this could very well be a scam, I gave them the PayPal email address that I created. The PayPal account has no bank or credit/debit card connected. Several years ago, I experienced someone sending bogus charges to my PayPal account, and I had to contact PayPal to resolve the issue, which they did.

After giving my new email address to the other party, my PayPal account received a $28.00 payment within 30 minutes. There were no more sales over the next 30 minutes. I checked WhatsApp and saw they left me another message.

They asked me to call the phone number provided and also said his/her boss will give me 10% of each sale--two more alarms. The zip code was out of state. I wasn't going to call anyone. I researched the phone number with the zip code, and it was a New York zip code. Searching Google, AI said that the number with the zip code was associated with scams online.

Then something told me to visit and check their website at xtreemehdiptv.org again. This time, I clicked the 'Get It Now' button as if to buy, and it opened WhatsApp instead. Each of those buttons takes you to WhatsApp, which raises another red flag. They mirrored the official Xtreame HD IPTV website.

Having seen what appears to be a scam, I told them so, and my findings, including not calling the phone number they gave me. I had already removed the Proton email address from my PayPal so that no transaction could be made. They kept coming up with ways to get me to bite by saying they were legit, could give me a free trial test, etc. Instead, I blocked them on WhatsApps.

As a warning, you are probably better off staying away from those unofficial Xtreme HD IPTV services/websites. There's no telling what you might be getting yourself into.

I suggest finding a trustworthy streaming TV/VOD service that's similar.

Take your time to research them. They have a website with a lot of information that answers many of your questions with video tutorials and a setup guide. Contact them with presell questions; they have a pretty good response time.

Always a problem. Paid for 6 months something went wrong. paid 2 months bck to back neither acknowledged. When working, works fine but paying double most other services and sketchy to say the least

I have had them for 2 years and it has been up and down. Last night I was having issues again and tried to go on their website to chat and it can’t be found. I tried emailing them and it came back stating server not found. I paid until October

Total scam service. Don’t send them any money. You will get nothing and no refund.

As a provider they are really rock solid and great, but I bought Xtremehd from XtremeDiscount.net and they accept all payment methods and orders are automatically processed, and you don't have to wait on livechat and pay crypto only every renewal. They even have a free 36 hour trial that you can have delivered right to your email inbox so you can make sure it's the same service as the official site.

The reseller explained to me that the provider focuses mainly on maintaining their service, and catering to resellers, and only accept customers as an additional thing they do to maintain seo

Have purchased this service twice now first experience wasn’t great many glitches, they assure me it was an outdated app and I should install the new one so I thought I would try them again for another month.
Big mistake has just as many issues as the old one can’t watch a complete episode of anything.
Have reached out to them with several emails and no response. Waste of money never again.

if I could leave a zero star I would. had two 1 yr subscriptions and I could watch all the old ufc events to get caught up. decided to renew to a lifetime for 800 Canadian and had nothing but problems from there with missing channels, buffering, and channels being offline. been in discussions with company over last 6 moths, every time they reply its someone diff with another BS story. Their so fed up with me now they are saying they missing channels etc will neevr be coming back. Doubt ill be receiving a refund like most ppl experienced. HUGE RED FLAGS STAY AWAY IF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR MONEY!!!

XtremeIPtv looks good once you got it but don't try to renew via creditcard. I have had issues with them for multiple years when trying to renew. I choose them because they say the except creditcard but then when you try to renew they suddenly have an issue and only accept crypto. last year I spend 4 weeks going through multiple chats and emails trying to get the crypto to work but they never managed to get it working for me. Then when I finally decided to give up and switch to someone else they suddenly accepted my creditcard. This year I got the same crap story, first they did not accept creditcard anymore then when I explained what happened last year they said creditcards are temporary not working (heard that before), and they kept on asking me to try crypto even though I told them multiple times it is not working for me.

They are nice for a while just don't try to renew. There are multiple others that are just as good but with much beter customer service.

Poor service. Works until there’s a big game on, message them multiple times on WhatsApp and they never reply. When they do they tell you, you need a VPN even though it specifically says on the website you don’t need one. Don’t waste your money.
