If I could give XTransfer zero stars, I absolutely would. This has been one of the most frustrating financial platforms I have ever dealt with.

Payments are constantly getting bounced back for no clear reason, even when everything is submitted correctly. It feels like you can never rely on them to actually process a transaction smoothly. Every single time there is an issue, and there will be an issue, you are stuck waiting around for support to respond, which takes far longer than it should for something involving your money.

Their platform itself is also incredibly unreliable. It is buggy, slow, and clearly not built to handle real business needs. You will think something has gone through, only to find out later that it has not, or that it has been rejected without proper explanation.

Customer support is another nightmare. Instead of quick resolutions, you get delays, vague answers, and a lot of back and forth with no real outcome. Meanwhile, your funds are in limbo and your business operations are affected.

Overall, XTransfer is stressful, unreliable, and a huge waste of time. There are far better alternatives out there. Save yourself the headache and avoid this platform completely.
