Unreturnable
Unreturnable. When trying to return the camera, I was told that it is not within their policy to accept a return unless the camera is defective and directed to look at the website for the return policy. The return policy does not state on the website and is unacceptable and not clear advertising. It took me 3 emails over 2 weeks to get them to replying to my original request for a return within the stated 7 days after delivery for this outcome. Would not buy.

This is such a scam. Bought this camera. Website says 30 day return policy but they don’t actually take any returns unless the product is damaged. False advertising on so many levels. Camera is completely cheap and not worth the money plus they lie about the return policy. Such a scam. DO NOT BUY THIS!!

Cheap, Worthless and Non Returnable!
Please avoid! In short - after a huge delivery delay, digital camera arrived. It’s basically a very cheap & poorly functioning camera. I didn’t expect it to be a DSLR quality camera, but for RRP £140, you’d expect a decent image. They hide this behind the guise of a “retro aesthetic”, but it’s not - photos are undersaturated and heavily blurred. 64MP means nothing is the lens/sensor itself is terrible. Despite advertising “30 Day Returns for peace of mind”, they WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS just because you don’t like the image quality. Unless the camera is proven to be defective/damaged, it’s FINAL SALE. I didn’t realise this until attempting to return it. Terms and conditions for returns on their website are ambiguous at best. It says the buyer will incur return fees unless the product is defective/damaged - but if you only accept returns for defective/damaged items, in what type of situation does the buyer pay the return fees? I guarantee this company will disappear in a matter of weeks and re-brand themselves selling the same poor product. Please avoid and support your local camera shops where possible! If unable, buy from Amazon and at least you’ll have genuine peace of mind.

Cool idea, needs a lot of improvement
I really wanted to like the digital film camera, but it's a no-go. I love the idea of a lightweight, no-screen camera, with easy-to-use filters. However, after spending five minutes snapping pics around the house, I couldn't get the pictures to transfer. The site says you can transfer photos via a USB-C cable to your phone, but nothing happened when I tried it with my iPhone and iPod. I finally had to get my card reader to see the pictures. After 20 minutes, I realized I should stick to my Panasonic point-and-shoot or phone. The Panasonic is heavier but much easier to transfer images, and it has filters. Maybe someone will come along and improve the technology. Now I have to try to return it, which will probably cost more than the camera.

Product is poor, extremely overpriced for something that you would expect to find on Temu. Customer service do not help at all and refuse refunds for requests within the refund policy guidelines. Do not buy from these.
