I brought a mobile n it worked ok then months later , no signal 😡 tryed trouble shooting n still doesn't work. Am disabled so need to make calls n receive them. Tryed chatting to lots of different people about the phone n online chat with 3 mobile as with them n still no signal.😡 So guess I have to throw the dam stupid phone in the bin n buy another one. 😡 Costs me £69 from Amazon. Waste of my money. When I haven't got much as it is. So will buy a Tescos smartphone , when I've saved up the money for one .lest I know I can go into the store if I have any issues with it.

Bought an Xgody solar security camera. Within 3 months it stopped working.
Wrote to xgody customer service who said not to worry and they will look at it... after that no further response.
Quality is pathetic and warranty is useless...

Bought the Sat Nav in October 2023 I only used the one time, now it won't work, and I find out that it does not have a years guarantee, 180 days I think.

I have contacted them but no reply, bought from Amazon so a waste of £79

I recently purchased a XGODY 7” Sat Nav UK for Car HGV/Coaches. I set it up correctly for my coach, inputting all the correct coach dimensions data etc, then drove my coach on a private hire to Exeter. Just as well that I had passengers on board who knew the area where we were going to very well, as I had never been to Exeter before. The Satnav wanted to guide me onto a road where there was a very low bridge situated. Can you imagine trying to do a three point turn with a long coach. That would have been a nightmare. I have lost confidence in this particular product.

Kinder Tablet innerhalb von einem halben Jahr kaputt gegangen. Wirbt bei ebay mit Garantie von einem Jahr in der Artikelbeschreibung. Verkäufer gibt keine Garantie sondern möchte nur Rabatt von 10% für ein neues Gerät geben. Bekomme mein Geld nicht wieder, bekomme keine Garantie, bekomme keinen Austauschgerät. Ebay duldet die arglistige Täuschung dieses Verkäufers.

Ich bin mit dem Navigationsgerät von xgody nicht zufrieden, da es ein schlechtes Kartenmaterial enthält, die einfachsten Straßen nicht kennt, und wollte es zurückschicken. Man versprach mir ein Rücksendeettiket zu schicken, man ließ sich Tage Zeit, für einen automatischen Vorgang. Und jetzt will man meine Mailadresse, obwohl die hinterlegt ist und zögert die Rückgabe hinaus. Es lief über eBay.
Bin enttäuscht von eBay.
Ich muss mir überlegen, ob ich da weiterhin etwas bestelle.

This phone is I have to say one of the largest waste of money that I have ever spent and I have bought some very cheap phones. I keep asking it does it take any e Sim and it completely ignores my question and takes the e off of sim when I got it I had a giant crack across the pretty glass screen in the back I thought I would go ahead and use it instead of sending it back and within 2 days it had four cracks and I had not even actively been using the phone I cannot get the SIM card tray open and then I put a SIM card in it I could not get it to shut I tried to sell it to someone and it would not pick up there Network it would not use the SIM card to call out however it did read the SIM card I'm not going to send it back just for the simple fact it's too much trouble for a piece of junk like this but any type of reimbursement would be amazing

You should have a compare features in your website. It is really confusing and hard to get the model numbers except N30 while looking for dash cam screen and comparing the features between N30, N27 and other models. Buying direct is at least $100 more expensive than buying from ebay.com.au. I gave up buying xgody due to lack of info on the website. The N30 picture shows Amazon choice but it is not listed in Amazon which is a trust issue with what xgody is claiming. Also there are N30 N30A and N30B models which is another puzzle. Overall not confident with xgody. Only one paid review in youtube is also not very promising. This is all about the Dash Cam Screen product.

its terrible the volume doesn't go higher than 3 it crashes and the phone is all in all slow

Shocking company they don't reply to emails and there devices don't last very long poor quality items. another poor Chinese company that don't know what customer service is.

I bought this Xgody V50 phone last October via Ebay. Recently the screen has come unstuck from the phone rendering the touch screen not to work even though the screen is still visible. I've email Xgody customer services as its still under their 6 month repair warranty but all they are trying to offer is that I buy another phone at half price which is not in line with their repair warranty. I've emailed them daily but since their offer 6 days ago I've had no reply. Ridiculous.

This company could improve if you would keep your word. Your claim is "Updated Maps Twice per Year". Could be an oversight or an outright lie. The maps have not been updated since the 2nd quarter of 2023.

I purchased two phones through eBay. One works reasonably well, the one I use does not accept my SD card and after only 20 days the volume has gone completely. I have contacted them via eBay and am waiting to hear a response. Buyers beware.I have received my response from this useless company and they offered a £30 refund on a £60 phone that has no volume. disgraceful. avoid at all costs. I have returned the phone via ebay instructions.

Well, the 4 stars are for the use of my GPS unit during 3years. It took me where I programmed it to go, but then I tried to update the maps. I updated and the unit didn’t start anymore . The specialists on facebook did their best but no success. I have then approached xgody services and there was no reply. So the result will be to throw it in the bin. I am sad to say that I am disappointed by the service and I will probably buy another brand gps.

Absolutely useless! Every morning when I turned on my car the Xgody dash cam date has reverted to the ORIGINAL DATE which makes it useless for evidential purposes in the event of an accident etc. It does this regardless of what parameters I use.
Also after 2 weeks even with a 64Gb SD card the unit does not over-write and I although it looks like it is recording, IT IS NOT. Even reverting back to default does not make any difference. I have since bought a different make and threw this junk in the trash! AVOID!

Contacted XGody with problem with dashcam reversing camera not working they state to contact and will a excellent service to customers pure rubbish sent email twice over a period of time no response

Bought this fone for my 4 year old at Xmas just for YouTube and once the phone dies you try and charge it and won’t come back on. Avoid at all costs can’t even send back cause it’s past its 30 days

HAD ENOUGH: 3rd Xgody fone in 3 months. all seem to come with a fault in the screen, as a line down the centre. Ok acceptable. but files won't be seen on pc when I connect it. I accept that I guess. But swiping the connect screen button to answer a call seldom works. I can get buy with text messages BUT ALMOST everyone I want to send has a triangle at the bottom with an exclamation mark. That cheap £12 Antcantel worked superbly for 3 years, updating to this rubbish was bad. They say support for life, 12 days waiting and no answer again to my email report. it seems they only help via email. UPDATED 20.02.24. BOUGHT New Motorola phone at £69, it immediately connected to my server and no issues. Xgody 3 now to dump.

Das von mir bestellte Tablet XGody Tab 10 wird bei eBay mit einer Auflösung von 1200x1920 Pixel beworben. Tatsächlich beträgt die Auflösung 800x1280. Das sogenannte Manual ist unvollständig und fehlerhaft und es fehlen technische Beschreibung und Datenblatt. Außerdem finde Verarbeitung sehr schlecht (kleine Bläschen auf der Displayoberfläche).Dieser Hersteller ist keine Empfehlung.Punkt.
