Wyatt Homes’ performance shows no signs of improving. They seem to have no understanding of quality assurance or quality control.

Aftercare is poor in terms of addressing defects in design, materials and workmanship. The lack of consideration to their customers who have bought their houses is shocking.

Wyatt Homes demonstrate the house building market has a long way to go to understand that in the UK we need better quaility buildings. New should mean better, but it doesn’t.

Great site team and sales staff at Mountbatten Park. Great house with a high specification. Would certainly buy a Wyatt Home again. Great product with a great service.

Please don’t buy a Wyatt home as the plumbing issues are horrendous. If you do decide to buy make sure you have top of the range plumbing and heating insurance cover after the 2 year warranty runs out.

Appalling customer service when there are snagging problems, massive delays to repairs and poor quality repair work. Rude and unhelpful project manager Mr Peter Haynes, who has attempted to bully my elderly mother into accepting a sub-standard solution to repair a major problem with her new build house. AVOID
