I bought a T-shirt on 10th of March, and since then I got no information about the delivery status. The SHOP app is simply useless, as well as contacting the customer service via email. I only got only standard replies written by a BOT. I am trying now to understand how to get refunded.
It's a shame that they use the topic of Palestina to make money.

Après avoir commander depuis la suisse j’ai douter du site qui étais simplement une faute de ma part car même après un délai un peu plus long suite à un problème de livraison j’ai reçu ma commande et je suis bluffée par la qualité et la beauté c’est un beau projet que je félicite water melon je suis ravie d’avoir participer à votre geste tout en recevant en retour une récompense énorme en beauté .
