Sadly, that's where it ends.
They pretend to price match appliances, listing prices of other suppliers, but when asked to price match the actual appliances I wanted, this wasn't possible. For example, they quoted for an E rated energy efficient washer but I wanted an A rated one. No. Not possible so I had to purchase this from another supplier.
I've seen other reviews that talk about the protective film on doors etc which when peeled off, leaves a sticky residue that can't be removed. Yes, it was replaced but nobody responded to apologise and say they were looking into this problem.
At least 8 doors/panels arrived damaged. There was never any apology for providing damaged items but they wanted to blame my kitchen fitter for being slow in reporting these, and then said I should have checked them before my fitter arrived. They were stacked floor to ceiling so at nearly 80 years old, they thought I should be doing the checking! No apology for the poor quality - just trying to blame us for slow reporting. - and yesterday a replacement item which arrived 2 days ago is also damaged!
Delivery is a joke. Firstly an email giving the day and time slot of 12 - 7 pm; then a message saying that ETA is between 14:00 - 15:30, then a message saying delivery will be a few hours delayed; then looking at ‘track your delivery’ it says driver is 2 drops away - arrival due 12.55 - 1.55 !!! Some of the messages were sent to me, and some to my son, just no consistency.
And to cap it all, during a phone call yesterday, they wanted me to confirm the finance address, and then told me that wasn't right! Just wanted to argue about it. They couldn't comprehend that the finance address isn't the same as the delivery address.
Compensation, gesture of goodwill, absolutely not, and all I was asking for was a £12 towel rail.

Finally we chose a style of kitchen that we installed ourselves and now I can’t believe what a beautiful kitchen we have! We cannot thank Amelia enough for her professional, fantastic customer service, a credit to wren! ( she should be cloned!!)thanks Amelia !

Everything seemed to be going well, our designer has been very helpful but........ we went in January to pick our kitchen as we are having an extension completed. We gave time frames of when we were looking to have our kitchen fitted, end of April. At no time were we told Wren needed 28days notice for delivery. We kept in touch with the designer and as we were approaching April we spoke to Wren and they told us to get back in contact when the plaster board was up for a final measurement check and to finalise everything. This we did and paid for everything, then comes the delivery date and the first available was 5th May but our kitchen fitter was booked for 27th April. The designer said she would contact head office to see about moving the delivery date to week before and would get back to us same day. We heard nothing and called back same day but designer not available. We called back next day to be told sorry but nothing they could do and couldn't give an exact day of delivery but it would be week of 5th May. We asked if we could collect and were told not possible. Contacted our kitchen fitter and he is not available any time during May. We are now trying frantically to try and find another kitchen fitter. We've already been without a kitchen since February and at the moment we won't be having one until June. We are so disappointed. We are now going to see if we can cancel and try and find another kitchen supplier that might be able to help!!!!!!
Nobody contacted us, so called Wren back, had to explain everything again and basically told can't cancel and cant get earlier delivery. What a massive failure

Emailed designer on 14th March to advise due to change in personal circumstances had to cancel..emailed store manager 20th to advise same.. the customer care 24th march. To date no response and no refund. Disgusting. Was called daily for them to get me to agree to order and pay deposit. Different now isn't it. Will not be using them when I am in a position to do kitchen

Nice friendly people to help us get exactly the bedroom wardrobe and storage space we need without having to worry about measurements and if it all will fit.
Jonathan E did a great job and made easy work of the required measurements. He was respectable of our property, friendly and helpful of what would happen next and reassured us that we could get what we needed to fit in the limited space we have.

After recieving what i thought was industry leading standards from Wren, from a friendly greeting to the offer of free measuring service and then a wonderful virtual tour of what our bedroom would look like once their product was installed. Unfortunatley they have undone all of their hard work by failing to communicate important factors during the sales process and then arguing it is detailed in the contract.
We ordered what we were led to believe was bespoke sized wardrobe sliding doors, after qouting what i thought was a very expensive £750 fitting fee i opted to turn that offer down. The items have arrived and it turns out all of the materials are over sized and not in fact sized for the room. I have contacted Wren and they first insisted that this was my mistake and i should have known that the product would need cutting to size, as no on esle in the industry would do this. This maybe the case but no one else has come into my home measuring the room and providing a virtual tour of upstairs.
After discussing this with the customer service team who continued to argue that the sizes were on the supply contract (despite them not supplying me the room measurments) i was expected to know these sizes were larger than required.
I requested two solutions to my issue:
1) return the product for a full refund (not accepted as they cannot do this).
2) they arrange an install at my cost (not accepted, cant do this after processing the order).
Although they can send me a link of check a trade traders in my area, really Wren is that how you treat customers who just spent over a £1300 with you?
This is not the end but it seems that I will not be recommending Wren to anyone in the future.

I had a wardrobe fitted a year ago. I paid a FORTUNE for the fitting and would never pay Wren for fitting again. The fitter they bought in (not a Wren employee I should add) complained when he arrived (as apparently the wardrobe was meant to be delivered up to the bedroom- but it was Wren who delivered it and put it in the lounge). He then decided he couldn't fit the wardrobe that day due to there being things he hadn't been told about by Wren. I was then left with the with the wardrobe in our lounge, taking up most the space for some time. When he did return, he didn't finish the wardrobe but asked me to sign off on it so he could get paid. To be nice, I did and then he never showed up again and despite many promises to do so, he then ghosted me and never showed up at all. I then had to pay someone else to come and look at it (despite having paid Wren over £1k for fitting) and then the new person said how badly the wardrobe had been fitted. Not enough space had been allowed at the bottom and we had to create some make shift bit at the top to close the gap between the wardrobe and ceiling as much as we could, which is how it was meant to be in the design Wren did. The sales girl was great at the sales part, but showed no interest at all in helping with any of the issues once she had received the money and commission. Because of this, I then cancelled the second wardrobe I had ordered because of how unhappy I was, but because I had ordered them together, they wouldn't then reduce my monthly payments down to the one wardrobe and I am now paying the monthly charge for 2 wardrobes, but for less time. Overall, not at all happy with the service received. Next time, I will go to IKEA and buy in someone to help me fit it myself. The Wren fitter told me he would usually charge about £150 a day. He was only here for one and I paid £1000 so was completely ripped off by Wren.

Had 5 wardrobes fitted understairs all five doors had a problem and the panel had a chip in it. After numerous emails and phone calls to customer services and visits to shop they decided to fix part of it Gave us a delivery date nothing arrived then got an email for fitting in November and case closed. So we still have all the problems we started with 3 weeks ago and nothing happening we have now requested they come and rip the whole lot out and give us a full refund.
If I could give no stars I would, they maybe a bit cheaper but maybe the competition is better.

Absolute disgraceful service.
Plan options not provided just "this is what you get", measured up but got the wrong measurements.
Plans not updated correctly.
Kitchen delivered but delivery instructions not passed on so causing issues for delivery guys. Kitchen fitters been in but is missing parts like bolts for the worktops, missing splashbacks, short flooring, too much worktop and no clue when these are coming. Manager is only available for 5 minutes for call back as "very busy" - disgraceful. Promised a discount, once it's delivered.....still waiting shame the old "once delivered we'll sort it out" line.
This was supposed to be a motivating purchase after health issues and just become very stresful and dissapointing.....sales in the bag so not a problem though, who cares about customer care.

Avoid!!!! We have had a wren kitchen supplied and a worktop supplied and fitted by them. The have made an error in the cut out of the tap whole putting it to close to the sink and now we cannot tighten the tap! They came out and wanted to change the bolt but this does not help if we ever decide to change the tap as the spacing is not universal due to the error in the templating process!
The customer service was awful throughout this process and they offer to shift the sink as a fix but this then moves the sink out... The person they sent round even said the tap is not centred and has been cut out incorrectly!
They have fobbed off the case to the complaints procedure.
Issue number 2..... They supplied an Island with an integrated induction hob, however we have gone for the re circulation induction and the void at the back of the unit is too small for the AEG (which they provided) extraction pipe. So I had an email from Wren to say they are aware of this issue but nothing can be done so just don't attach the pipe and let it just vent to the back of the void giving it no direction. They said its an issue that compliance is having AEG but I the customer still has paid for a product that cant function as its supposed to. (This issue may not be noticeable but your paying for something, it needs to at least work the way its supposed to)
NEVER USE WREN! SHOULD HAVE LISTENED TO EVERYONES ADVISE! DO NOT USE THEM!
They get you in with interest free but bump up the prices to compensate for the convenience to the customers. Honestly do not use them...

Items arrived damaged, no support from HO / CS as it was the weekend / BH.
Led to delays on fitting kitchen, as waiting for items - integral items - the island worktop for example!
When raised, no compassion, no acknowledgement of delays, just it was my fault as a customer, I chose to not have your fitters, should of checked when delivered ( not that this would have remedied anything damaged!?) and that it was basically tough it was delayed fitting and there was no compensatory process!!!
Previously had a kitchen from you before, but never again - great when it goes right, horrific when it goes wrong, and anyone that asks me will be told the same
