James Duffy at Wren Kitchens Huddersfield has been brilliant from start to finish. He really listened to what we wanted, brought our ideas to life and made some great suggestions that improved the final design.
Nothing was ever too much trouble, he kept us updated throughout and was always on hand to answer questions, even after the kitchen had been delivered.
Excellent customer service and a genuinely nice guy to deal with. We’re delighted with our new kitchen and would highly recommend James to anyone looking for a new kitchen.

I’m writing this before the kitchen has even been fitted due to the poor service we have received.
When Wren originally planned our kitchen the planner was unable to put a sink and taps in due to their system. Due to this we have had to buy our own which the footers are charging £250 extra to fit. They also wanted nearly £400 to fit our gas oven where the likes of Currys charge £150. Items were added to our order that we did not need such as breakfast bar legs, the cupboards were planned to open opposite ways despite us pointing out this was not practical. And today we’ve noticed that the plinths orders are Matt when the rest of the kitchen is Gloss.
Due to us having building work this has only just been picked up.
This is before the kitchen is fitted which I’m expecting to be charged more for as this seems to be their business model.
Please don’t go to Wren as they are not helpful, really poor experience.
Just an update. kitchen currently being fitted. There are bits of trim missing as well as door hinges. The doors on the cupboards open the opposite way to how they were requested when the kitchen was “designed”. It’s been an utter farce from start to finish.

Shocking customer service. Booked a home visit for a kitchen design twice and they didnt attend either. Terrible attitude on the phone, more interested in winning the argument than trying to find solutions. Gave me no confidence in trusting them with a very healthy kitchen budget. Im taking my business elsewhere. The customer service no way matches the glossy adverts. very dissapointing.

Having experienced several issues with our Wren kitchen the installation of the quartz worktop was a breathe of fresh air. David O and his colleague arrived when expected, and were friendly and efficient. No mess, no fuss - fantastic!

What started off as a great experience choosing our new kitchen turned it to a disaster. We were quoted a price and was told that's included installation and the removal of our old kitchen which we were delighted with and paid a 10% deposit. We were told we may incur extra charges upon a pre installation visit for things such as plastering etc if it was required. I've since learnt that you get extra charges plus VAT for plumbing the sink in, testing my existing electrics, hardwiring my new appliances in, removing a small section of kitchen tiles and many more hidden fees. Although this information was passed to us in our wren pack it wasn't discussed prior to us making a 10% deposit. It's nothing but dishonestly and disingenuous. You'd think those are just standard practices when fitting a new & removing a old kitchen. You can imagine how annoyed I am when I was told my original price included installation and here they are wanting to charge me to plumb in the new sink. It's not that I can't afford the extra costs it's more principle that this wasn't explained to me and I've clearly been lied to, after 3 hours of ringing back I finally got through to the sales rep who I placed the order with, offered zero apology and still I haven't received any cancellation confirmation. SHOCK ! I'll take my money elsewhere. STAY CLEAR

Do not get your kitchens from here. Went there after someone put us in touch. Many problem with the units, several bowed and returned. Had an issue where we were told our cooker tap won’t fit with the sink we ordered. We had our worktop from another place but turns out wren didn’t measure correctly and the fitter had to use his magic and cut out a support off of the cabinet to fit it in. Rang wren and were told that they left 20mm from the wall to the sink. Plainly not the case. Maybe they over looked it as I got my own worktop. AVOID THIS PLACE.

From the moment we walked we were under the pressure from salesman, not able to freely roam to look and not able to get prices unless you sit down with a sales person...hard sales tactics.

2 Years On...Infinity Plus
Very pleased with the end result of our new kitchen from Wren. All the units seem to be of good quality and have lasted for two years now without anything braking or falling off and all marks from food etc. have so far wiped off clean. The fitters from Kitchen Know How LTD did a great job and everything is still looking good. However, there were a few bumps in the road along the way.
It was a tight fit to get all the units we wanted along one side of our kitchen and I knew they would fit but the computer at Wren would not accept it at all! It was very frustrating and took a lot of head scratching to get it to work and we very nearly
ended up going somewhere else just because of this, but we got there in the end.
On the day of delivery, the delivery team initially refused to deliver into our home due to the number of steps despite us making them aware of this long before the delivery date and it was also highlighted in the survey! This took some negotiating to resolve.
The day after it was all completed we had an electrical failure just in the kitchen and we also had noticed some markings to some of the draw and cupboard fronts! Credit to both Wren and the fitters at Kitchen Know How Ltd, all issues were resolved very quickly and without any drama or fuss.

"I can’t speak to the quality of the products because I wasn't allowed to buy them. I visited the showroom to source a new worktop, hob, and backsplash, but the receptionist immediately asked if I had an existing Wren kitchen. When I said no, I was told they wouldn't sell to me. It is a bizarre business model to turn away customers ready to spend money. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

Ordered a horizontal design. They sent a vertical design. When I complained they told me they don't do that design in horizontal anymore. They do! I know they do because they eventually replaced the order with horizontal design.
Had to book a kitchen fitter again and so out of pocket because of their fundamental error which they refused to take ownership of.

Unfortunately, we have had a terrible experience with the Wren Huddersfield showroom. Having spent hours designing, checking, and submitting the order, we were then told that some services we were specifically told were included are not. Other salespeople (designers) in the showroom confirmed that we had been misinformed. However, the management did not contact me to resolve the issue, nor did the designer; there was not even a courtesy call or email to apologise. In the end, I had to call customer service to cancel the order. (Customer service at HQ was very helpful, unlike the Huddersfield sales/showroom).
I feel we were just told what we wanted to hear rather than the truth, which seems to be a common sales tactic rather than an honest approach based on facts. This entire experience has taken up valuable time, and now I have to start from scratch, searching for a company that can be honest and provide genuine customer service combined with kitchen expertise rather than just endless sales talk.
I am still waiting for a deposit refund 1 week after the cancellation, again, not a great approach to dealing with customers.

Worst mistake ever.
We ordered a kitchen from Wren and everything was fine until we noticed when they delivered the kitchen the worktop was not what we had been shown. It was 38mm thick instead of the 22mm we asked for. The pattern was also nothing like we had seen and we specifically asked the Sales person about the pattern. The Sales person did not take responsibility for this. We were then advised to get in touch with the customer service team who were shocking we just kept getting passed around. Nothing got done each time. We went into the showroom several times too.
This has caused our family so much stress and we still have not got the worktop we paid for.
We ended up buying a worktop from Howdens.
Please do not go to Wren. Things seem to go wrong and then they just don't care once you have paid for it all.
