5 wren kitchen I’ve fitted and without fail damaged products! Reported it through the app and can’t get the parts needed for 5 working days. Sent out the wrong height plinths. QR instructions for fitting wall units give incorrect measurement for bracket placement meaning I had to cut out the plaster board and fit ply to the wall to get a fixing. Glad I only drilled holes for 1 wall unit. Kitchens themselves are pretty good, however, I wouldn’t recommend them to any of my customers just for the inconvenience of not being able to walk into branch and pick up a replacement for the guaranteed damaged produces that will arrive.

We bought a kitchen from Wren Kitchens. Great service from George in Chelmsford. Hope you get your own store Sat done point as you deserve. Went out of his way to make sure we were happy with everything and nothing too much trouble. One or two issues with slight damage on doors but so easy to sort and no questions asked. Great service all round.

We are in the middle of having our new kitchen fitted that we had from Wren last week and as the oven was being put in we noticed a clip was broken and some glass. Ringing up the customer aftercare number and speaking to Ruby I can’t say enough how helpful she was. I hope this continues and people get to read this review as I speak as I find and 5/5 treatment from ordering the kitchen with Joe at Chelmsford branch, Annie helping where she could when Joe not there. Sam the manager being as helpful as he can. We have had a few queries but all have been resolved with ease! Definitely would recommend and use again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We chose Wren Kitchens over other kitchen companies for the quality of the product and chose the Infinity Plus range which was more expensive but well worth it. We now have a fantastic looking kitchen and are really pleased with it.
We did have a few teething troubles with the measurements, so be sure to get this exactly right so you don't end up with fillers that will break the look of a flowing kitchen.
I do however want to say a massive thank you to Grace who works in the customer care team, she has been fantastic with us and showed real empathy unlike some others who just stick to the "cant help with this" script.
We did not feel happy with the way things were going but now we are 100% happy with our Wren kitchen.

I would also like to thank you to Sam the branch manager at Wren Chelmsford who was understanding and very helpful and was always there to take our calls.

Great delivery, communication was great, kept updated for time slot and then delivery team called to say how long they would be, Rob and John (the delivery guys) were very polite and professional, they laid protection for carpet down and delivered everything neatly in the little space they had.

Good communication for when our kitchen was being delivered throughout the day. Friendly and chatty. Brought kitchen in with care and attention

Delivery was on time and efficiently off loaded and stored very quickly.

We have just ordered our new kitchen from the Chelmsford Store and are eagerly waiting for it to be installed in July. It was an exciting adventure, made so easy for us by Sef, who was amazingly supportive and always happy to assist and provide ideas during the planning phase. Sef was very kind and made us feel welcome and comfortable and even helped my elderly father experience virtual reality for the first time. Amazing experience for us both. The design is very well thought out, very functional and takes account of our needs and requirements as well as providing space saving fixtures for our galley style kitchen. Thank you Sef for looking after us so well and for your excellent ideas, very supportive, patient positive attitude and efficient service.
