'WOW' what an incredible service!
I ordered a Weber BBQ smoker box and wood chips on 20th Dec and they were delivered early the next day. Good price too! One very happy customer : )

First class company.
Prompt delivery coupled with superb communication.

I purchased a Weber kettle. On delivery and subsequent assembly I found a crease in the front leg. Advised Wow by email including photos. Reply advised me to continue using the bbq and a replacement would be supplied. 5 days later replacement arrived. A no quibble warranty is king in my view. Thanks team.

I ordered a Weber charcoal heat controller (aka a Vortex) online on 11th July, on an estimated 3-5 day delivery time. It arrived today, 12th July!! Fantastic service from WOW BBQ and their courier APC, who communicated throughout and delivered well within the two hour time slot they advised.

Great experience with WOW BBQ (after a terrible one with TradePoint). Product arrived within 24 hours, exactly at the time stated. One of the very few companies who answer their phones within a few rings!

Purchased a Weber 70th Anniversary Edition kettle BBQ, great communication, super quick delivery, competitively priced. No concerns or issues, highly recommended and very trustworthy company, buy with confidence. Many thanks

An excellent service. From ordering a product that
was out of stock but was actually the wrong product, Patrick's prompt communication guided me through finding the correct part - I couldn't recommend highly enough. A must for all your Weber BBQ needs.

Ordered yesterday, arrived today before 11am . Great item as described (weber cooking grate ) .EXCELLENT SERVICE WOULD CERTAINLY RECOMMEND.

Very impressed and pleased. Superb customer service and communication regarding the product (Weber bbq - excellent) and it’s delivery. I had an after sales query that was dealt with in the utmost rapid, professional and friendly manner. Full marks all round.

Very efficient and prompt delivery . Slight damage of part when opened . However the true measure of the company was then revealed by excellent customer service ,Got through immediately on the phone and replacement part was despatched and arrived next day. No questions asked . Will use them again .

Be careful folks when buying a Weber BBQ. I bought one at great expense 10 months ago with cover. Having just got it ready for spring, I noticed rusting to the cuboard. Contacted WOW BBQ who in fairness responded quickly. However weber will not honour their warranty , as they say living within 25 miles of a coastal area effectively voids the warranty against rust ! Shocking. £1600 on a BBQ for it to degrade in 10 months. I don't live within 25 miles of the coast and the BBq is always covered by a Webber all singing all dancing expensive cover when it's outside.

This company knows how to treat its customers. Excellent customer service. Orders processed and delivered in time stated.

Quality products at very reasonable prices.

Will recommend.

Have been looking for a good Weber BBQ for a few years, having owned one previously. I checked out WOWBBQ on Trustpilot and was confident that they would deliver, and they certainly did - I ordered a Genesis II on 4 Feb (Saturday) and it was delivered by their distributor (Palletways) at around midday on the following Tuesday, and they had contacted twice on the day to confirm time of delivery. On arrival they couldn't get the lorry down the drive, so the very obliging driver brought it down on the electric fooklift. The whole experience was excellent and I would highly recommend WOWBBQ for your next Weber BBQ.

I wasn't expecting the latest model of Genesis II, especially for the price, but I must admit I was a little disappointed it was only the 2018 model!

Second time ordering from this company. Great comunication from start to finish. Prices hard to beat+, and amazing products.

Customer service at its best. after sales service 10 out of 10. Prompt delivery, Price was also best availible for item. highly recommend and if you need advice with Weber products they know their stuff.

Bought a Weber Q2200 from them a few days ago as they were the cheapest people by far and it arrived two days later in perfect condition. When I followed up about an accessory I was looking at, I got fast, very helpful and personal responses. These are excellent people to deal with.

These guys are terrific. I mucked up the delivery postcode. They sorted it and sent me another BBQ which arrived next day in time for the birthday. I also had a card problem. Very patient. Everyone i spoke to was so helpful and pleasant. will definitely be back

Absolutely amazing service from WOW! A faulty lid on my Weber kettle was in my hands the very next morning after emailing customer support . There is no doubt in my mind that not only will I be a returning customer, but I will recommend WOW to any one I know who’s looking to purchase a BBQ . Stand up , take a bow and pat yourselves on the back guys ! From one very happy customer! Ryan

A good price and delivery service; shame about the poor product. The Weber Traveller Bbq is not really fit for purpose. They sell the BBQ wit the adaptor kit, which really should come with the BBQ, as the Weber camping gas cylinder will last under an hour.

Amazing company always happy to help and always do what they says 100% for quality and 100% for being the best company I've dealt with well done team WOW BBQ

Ordered a weber summit kamado £999 so cheaper than weber direct , delivered on a pallet on time , opened & no bolts , fixings etc so contacted wow who put me onto weber .
