Amazing products

First time buyer. Going by the reviews I read, I just had to buy them. The acrylic powders work fantastic with the monomer (fast setting). Will definitely be buying more acrylics from here. And 1000% recommend them too

I bought some products here! But THE DONT WANT TO RETUFN MY STAFF

I bought some products here!! However when I have seen my brush to get a refund first of all they keeping ignoring my emails my phone calls they keeping hiding ….any one of the managers have call me back to apologise. they’ve been abusive.They steal my money And they don’t want to give me back my brush which I send it to them and they’re so miserable that they don’t want to give me back my delivery that I already pay these people are so there’s dishonestly, And be extra careful If you want to buy products here… Because everything is perfect for them and they don’t want to lose anything but they’re the most horrible horrendous company that I have bought it my stuff if you were to any company and do you have an issue they will sort it out but these people the are not honest at all, NO MANAGERS NO SUPERVISOR NO STAFF CALL ME BACK TO SEND MY STAFF !!! So this respectful . BE CAREFUL IF U WANT SOMETHING FROM HERE … they will only SPAN YOUR EMAIL TO SEND U ADVERT TO BUY …..
I want to pay my deliver and they keeping ignoring me and they didn’t send me my stuff into my house these is a lie …they steal my dreams and want to keep your money which i have already pay……

MOST UNLIKELY SITUATION… is your manager and team / owner … teach you that if a guest already paid you should return their staff … ????? Poor customer service….

Can I have my staff back ???? Or you will keep hiding …??? Without any solutions

You have fraudulently requested your bank to deduct money from us!
If you would first contact your bank and tell them you have received your items in your order you are claiming you haven't and try to calm down we can look at any issues you might have
You keep shouting and swearing at us and being impossible to communicate with and have now left us 4 1 star reviews.
We hope you can find a supply that suits your needs.
As we see from your other reviews that this is a frequent occurrence.

First time buyer.

This is the first time purchasing from WowBao Nails, and all I can say is I’m extremely satisfied. The colour range they have is beautiful, with so many to choose from. I spent hours shifting through everything! So much choice. They definitely take care and put effort into the way they send off the products too. Everything was securely wrapped in bubble wrap and nothing was damaged. And the Delivery is extremely quick, I ordered Thursday evening and received on Saturday! I’ll be coming back to buy more products in the future! Great service all round

Love all their products

Love all their products, especially the gorgeous brush on builders! Customer service is great and the support group are amazing!! Competitive prices (lots of ambassadors codes on Social medias).

WowBao are incredible

WowBao are incredible! I only use their Gels now but found them as I changed to their acrylic in college as I found it a dream to work with. The new range of Gel Polish is amazing, highly pigmented, great coverage from one coat and the brush shape helps get close to the cuticle. The builder Gel lasts for weeks and is also a dream to work with. I have had some issues but everyone has been resolved with Wowbao going above and beyond! I highly recommend these WowBao to everyone!

Absolutely love the builder in a bottle, such a lovely finish and so easy to work with. I’ve had lots of products and have been happy with all. My clients have also commented on how lovely the products are 🙂
