Speedy delivery, arrived in good manner. Company did not call in advance to arrange delivery.

Ordered my rug 18 days ago and it has still not been delivered. Have not received a single reply from their customer service on email, Facebook or Instagram. Seriously concerned that the rug will never be delivered and that I will be out of pocket several thousand pounds.

Very pleased with our experience with Woven and slightly surprised to see a few one star reviews. I checked Reviews.com and they were mainly 5*. Anyway I got a lovely rug at a very competitive price and best of all the dog loves it!

They will do anything to hang on to your money. They let me order a rug that was out of stock. Eventually informed me it would not be available & offered a replacement. I said no that I wanted a refund. They offered me a replacement again & I said ‘no, I want my money.’ They agreed and said it would take 10 working days to process the refund, this was last month & ignored my emails since & I still haven’t received any refund. I suspect now I will have to contact my bank to get the money back as these people will do anything to cling on to your money & not give you your product. Do not use them.

Nothing too much for the very helpful customer service team over the phone. Only downside is the lack of a physical store although i appreciate this is the norm now.

I have an unhealthy obsession with leopard print, so when I was looking for a synthetic hide rug and found a leopard print one from Woven, I couldn’t help myself! I wasn’t expecting it to be anywhere near as soft as it is, and the quality is insane- it’s even stood up to a toddler and my Hoover trying to suck the “leg” bits up!!

Order a rug 17th March, no indication it was out of stock or that I would be waiting a while for a delivery date.
I then waited 2 weeks before I contacted to ask for an estimated delivery date, at which point I was told it would be dispatched in 2 weeks.
13th April I contact them again and asked when to expect the rug, to which I was told another 3 weeks, at this point I asked to cancel and was told I could not do so. I advised them I would refuse upon delivery.
End of May this rug then decided to show up as waiting for payment on my Klarna account despite me still not receiving it. Once again I got in contact and I was told they would cancel my order finally and have this taken off my Klarna account which still has not been done to this point on 30th June 2021. There is an open dispute with Klarna.
Today I received tracking information for a rug that was supposedly cancelled a month ago and it is STILL showing on my Klarna.
I have emailed with no reply and I am intending to refuse delivery of this rug.

I was reluctant to write this review as at every stage i really did believe the lady I spoke to at Woven was helpful and would fix my issue but quite clearly nearly 4 months later this is not the case and I have become increasingly frustrated in the empty promises.

Woven received the rug I returned on 02/06/21. I was told I would be refunded on the 17/06/21. I called the company on this day to say I had not received my refund. I was told it would be transferred later that day.
18/06/21 - still no refund. Called customer service and was advised by the adviser that she would send an email to finance instructing them to prioritise my payment.
21/06/21 - still no refund - no communication from the company. Terrible customer service.

Still no refund. Request from Woven to me for more info through Trustpilot but Woven already have my full name and return number. Please return my money!

Shocking company, communication non existent. Ordered rug in April and according to their terms and conditions they should notify you within 48 hours if item out of stock. No chance and have chased them ever since. You constantly get cut off on the phone. Chose option 2 to place a new order and amazing you get through. They don’t respond to emails. They eventually tell me rug will be coming in two weeks. This was wrong and came within two days, whilst I was on holiday and left outside. Rug is poor quality and very thin. Avoid this company at all costs worst online company I have dealt with. Please don’t use them.

Item arrived on time and well wrapped. Suits our conservatory just fine.

Bought a large Louis de Poorterre Graffito rug. So pleased with it I have ordered a smaller Dora rug. Only gripe is that I had to telephone to receive confirmation of order. But lovely rug and pleased to get the 20% bank holiday discount. Rug looks great on my Karndean floor and is non-slip.

Took me around 10 minutes to get through on the phone which was a little annoying, but they apologised and mentioned theyre just very busy currently. Anyway, the person I spoke to was very helpful and the rug arrived the following day.

Rug was a few days out of the stated lead time, but with everything going on its understandable - the carpet is exactly as expected.

I bought a rug online however after a week of no information about shipping or potential delivery - I emailed to cancel the product.

After multiple emails, and no product delivered, I have not been refunded. Replies to emails take well over 48 hours or they go ignored.

Possibly one of the worst online retailers I have had the misfortune of using. Have given them well over 6 weeks since my order and 4 weeks from cancelling the order before posting this online.

Overall very happy with my purchase. The first rug did not suit the room, it fitted on what was seen on screen, however it just didnt quite work. I arranged for another option from Woven which worked much better.

The description of the rug i bought was a bit over the top and i was expecting to be amazing as the description- the reality was a bit disappointed as it was an average rug not worth all the money

Took ages for order, it didn’t turn up and then was told it was out of stock but could send a different version. That wasn’t suitable so sent it back, arrived at theirs on 5th, no refund dealt with until 22nd and now almost 3 weeks on no refund. Told to speak to my bank to sort..... absolute dire company that the reviews tell you all you need to know to stay well away and spend your cash elsewhere.
