Jeff, please see the email from your adjuster related to this claim, specifically the date of your claim and the policy coverage effective date, as well as your terms and conditions related to coverage. If you still need additional clarification, please contact your adjuster directly from their contact information from their communication, or contact our Claim Department directly at 1-800-620-2885, option #1 (after the language prompt) for the Claim Department.

Easy to purchase online. It would be helpful to have an online option to update a policy instead of calling the call center.
Negative: No access to cancel a policy that you do not want to renew online. This is a big negative.

Shonda, thank you for your review and feedback. Additional online policy update options are already under construction and will be implemented this year. Cancels can be done anytime online (we do require written documentation per the terms and conditions but can consider electronic written) via the Contact Us Form (logged in or not) and from your registered email to our Customer Service department as well.
