Top top firm for garden equipment

I’m a long standing customer of world…
I’m a long standing customer of world of power, I find their prices very competitive and the after sales service second to none! I tend to buy/order directly from the shop in Buxton and Irene the lady who generally serves me is extremely helpful and knowledgeable about their products ranging from chainsaws/brush cutters etc to cordless power tools and barbecues ! I would say a real asset to the company.
Will continue to use .

They listen to the customer
Ordered my hedge trimmer on 16 August but due to supply issues had to wait. When it did arrive I was informed of delivery but unfortunately I was not available to receive the package and asked for a further delay to a specific date which they did and kept me informed. Package now arrived and very happy

I can see the particular item you ordered was ordered on a pre-order basis with the expected due date advertised on the product prior to order. I am very sorry the item you required sooner was not in stock unfortunately some supply issues are present in all sectors currently but we do our best to advertise due dates to manage customer expectations.

bought a still strimmer,
bought a still strimmer,
it was set up with cutter, the part was jammed,
the steal plate was not attached.
- missing tools for nuts and for putting together.
had to use the internet for help as they did not help at all. asked for video and said there should be a plate in the box. once it tightens it is hard to undo without the internet help from an expert.
you will not be able to return and they will not answer calls if they know who is calling and if about a needing help.

Hello.
I can assure you our team do not shield calls from particular numbers, our team answer all phone calls in turn and should noone be available a voicemail can be left which is returned usually within a couple of hours.
Unfortunately the set up steps shown within the manual for this machine were not followed by yourself which resulted in the trimmer head becoming jammed onto the machine. This is not a fault with the product or a warranty issue but user error, we do offer all the advise possible over the phone and email to rectify the issue but you were unable to do this. I can see our team has sent you details emails along with images and screen shots to assist you as much as possible.
I am sorry on this occasion we did not meet your expectations.
Sadly I wont be using this company…
Sadly I wont be using this company again. DO NOT BUY Stihl HSA 45 it doesn't cut branches as it says on the website. AVOID at all costs. Very reluctant to build customer relationships.

I am sorry to hear you are unhappy with the product you purchased. This particular model is a very popular product and we have no issues with other customers advising the item does not cut. Unfortunately from looking into the conversations you have had with colleagues you have purchased the wrong machine for the purpose you intend to use it.
