Excellent advice and support from the staff; we talked things through over the phone, then staff sent a link by email with the specific items on the website so I definitely got exactly what I needed.
This was over two calls so there had been great comms and handover between two different members of staff. All done in a friendly positive way which is especially pleasing as a woodworking “beginner”.

Excellent delivery service arrived on earliest delivery date gift was much appreciated & was amazed @ how great the smaller stihl chainsaw actually is very pleased with its performance & was glad of option to have parts built on worth paying little extra to have done .Many Thanks will purchase more items in future from world of power .

I feel this is a very unfair and untrue representation of the events with your order.
The item was returned to us with damage which had been caused by incorrect usage by yourself, the cost of the repair was actually offered to be covered by Stihl themselves as a good will gesture which isn't standard practice so it would only cost yourself the collection and re-delivery charge.
We feel we went above and beyond to assist you in every way possibly. I can only apologise if you don't agree.
