Product as described and in excellent condition. Only reason for 4 star review is that the delivery took well over (by 2 days) the 5 day delivery window i expected it to arrive in. Other than that they were prompt with email replies. Would deal with again.

We have used WoP a few times over the years for various items and have always found them efficient and professional. We recently had a problem with a new item we had ordered so I emailed them. I received a response quickly from Gemma who dealt with the issue and resolved it in such a friendly and professional manner. We can’t recommend them highly enough for the choice and quality of the items they sale and their customer support.

Ordered a large Makita mower it was delivered on time by 2 very helpful delivery drivers. Really pleased with the mower and the price paid makes it a bargain

Just one i picked with the best deal

My mower was serviced properly and promptly at a fair cost. Collecting the mower became complicated as a child seat prevented the backseat of my car from folding down. Staff members got the child seat out and the mower in. Impressive service!

Disgusted with the service for 3 important reasons.
Reason 1
Claims to be free delivery over £100 I spent £260 still charged postage and packaging of £1.99. So that's a straight out lie.
Reason 2
I paid £261.99 with delivery Toolden has it up for £227.99.
World of power "Claims" to "Price Match" let me explain how it works you have 7 days after purchase or 7 days after arrival to show that the price is better somewhere else and you refund the difference. What this company's policy is show another item in stock before purchase and they'llmatch it before. WHY WOULD ANYONE ask to price match before you'd just buy it from the cheaper retailer you completely missed the main purpose of "Price Matching" to give the customer confidence in the amount you've paid. Homebase, B&Q, Argos, Toolden any other company on the face of the earth understands this your purposefully misleading people. The worst part of it is I HAVEN'T RECEIVED THE ITEM YET AND YOU WON'T REFUND THE DIFFERENCE.
Reason 3
I spent 20 mins trying to call you from 10am when you open NO ONE was answering. I left emails with my phone number didn't even have the decency to talk to me. Just a terrible email saying you'd send £10 back Where's the other £24??

Rubbish aftercare, brought a Husqvarna 210 and tried to cut one branch and the chain was dull took it to a specialist who said the chain is used and can’t be sharpened. Had to spend another £30 on a so called brand new unit. The customers service team just sent me a link to buy another chain or tool to sharpen it….. even though I have already paid for that!
Wouldn’t buy from them again.
