I was delighted with the service provided. My telephone query was dealt with in a friendly and helpful manner, delivery arrived the next day and the product was just what I had hoped for.

They could not have been more helpful when the envelopes I wanted weren't in stock, will definitely use again.

However their delivery company is the opposite. An email said I would be emailed today with a 1 hour delivery slot. I'm still waiting for that email but have received another one saying 'sorry to have missed you' and I was only a couple of doors away. I emailed them at 10 and still haven't had a reply.

I'm looking for Cello bags for biscuits which I found here. Ordered my first batch which arrived quickly and well wrapped. The Cello's are of good quality to represent my traditional made biscuits. Definitely recommended and I will order more in future.
