PURCHASED A DRESS, MATERIAL STATED CHIFFON HOWEVER WHEN ARRIVED WAS HALF CHEAP LEATHER LIKE HALF CHIFFON. SENT TWO COMPLAINT EMAILS HOWEVER STILL NO RESPONSE.
AS ITEM WAS PAID FOR VIA PAYPAL, HAVE NOW OPENED DIDPUTE THROUGH THEM AS IT SEEMS WOOWNOW HAVE NO INTENTION OF REPLYING TO MY EMAILS.
WOULD NEVER USE AGAIN.

I think you could add a way of people tracking were there parcel is so they know that it's coming and don't think you guys are lying to them. you could make the shipping price cheaper because if it costs £8 for a pear of shoes that say that they are £5 you may loss customers.

i bought some culottes and the size guide said one size and when they actually came they where really small so they not exactly one size fits all.

I ordered two tops. One i was very wary ordering as it said one size only, so i wasnt sure if it would fit. I loved the design so went ahead. Fabric was SO nice. I would prefer it to have been slightly loose as it is a clingy fabric, but thats personal choice and me being concious. However anyone else would love it. Im still glad i have ordered it. The delivery was quick too. For peace of mind it would be nice to be able to track your iten. Will recomend site to friends. Will def buy again if tunics were available.

Great value really good quality clothes only watchout for sizes! blouses not true to size I am a 12 and bought a 16 to allow for shrinkage good job i did or I wouldnt have fitted into the blouse at all! so i would definately up the sizes when i get the next order.
It is now a regular site for me, You cant beat a bargain, and up to date styles as well.

Wide range of clothes, very fashionable the only criticism I have is I ordered a pair of boots and it did not state what the heel height of the boots was (not that I could find) and the heel height was 2 inches higher than I would have liked, heel height should be stated in inches to make it clearer.

a big wow for woownow. had a few orders now and all items have been a great bargain and great quality and delivery is super fast. Last week i bought a pair of sneakers that i have since seen on the high street at 20 quid. i also bought some stunningly lovely maxi dresses that i could not have bought elsewhere for as little as £5

I wasn't sure how good these shoes would at this price but I am very pleased.
They arrived really quickly, are good quality and comfy.
What can I complain about for a fiver?? Will definitely be back.

The delivery was very quick although a couple of the items were at least 2 sizes too small which I passed on to my daughter, this is really disappointing and refrains me from ordering as much as I probably would. The quality of the clothing is quite good for the price you pay. I also think that it would be better if there were more sizes on offer as I see an item I really like to find its only in really small sizes. I am a regular size 14-16 the average women's size!
