this app its trash for the amount of suscription. there is free app that have more services. not recommended

I had a very disappointing experience with WooRank's trial and customer support.
The website states that customers will receive a reminder email before the trial converts into a paid subscription, but I never received that reminder.
Before the payment was eventually processed, I tried to contact support through the Contact Us page on their website, but it wasn't working. I also tried reaching out via another email address I found, but received no response.
The payment was successfully collected only after multiple retry attempts, more than a week after the trial had ended. By that point, I genuinely believed the subscription had expired, especially since I had already decided not to continue using the service and had not used WooRank after the 1st day of trial.
What disappointed me the most was the support experience. The Support team acknowledged that the Contact Us page was not functioning, but this had no impact on how my case was handled. Instead, I was told that there was an alternative way to contact support — through Jira. However, as a customer, there was no clear indication that this was the correct support channel. It required discovering the Jira portal, creating an account, and submitting a request there, which is hardly an intuitive or reasonable process for someone simply trying to contact support about a trial.
Despite the missing reminder email, the broken contact page, my unsuccessful attempts to reach support, and the fact that I did not use the service after the 1st day of trial, my refund request was rejected without any willingness to consider these circumstances as an exception.
My disappointment is not only about the refund itself but about the lack of customer empathy and flexibility when multiple parts of the customer experience did not work as described.

why do you want to steal my money? I did a one day free trial and you are trying to collect the money on my credit card even after I canceled my subscription. Stop immediately.

Horrible customer service. I acknowledge I made a mistake in not canceling a subscription BUT they refuse to refund the fee for a service they know I do not want, that they didn't email notify a subscription was about to renew and for a website that no longer even exists. Borderline theft hiding behind policy. Beware.

Este portal cuenta con publicidad engañosa, Me di de alta porque un cliente paso uno de sus test a mis páginas y le dió una nota muy baja. Me extraño porque en otros test que paso yo suele darme una buena nota de carga. me ofrecián 3 dias gratuitos antes de cobrarme, para hacer el test y ver que pasaba me valían solo 30 min que es lo que he usado esa herramienta, eso si, poniendo mis datos bancarios.

Fui a realizar el test, pero me dio error y me volvió a pedir los datos bancarios, volví a rellenarlos y en ese momento me hizo una subscripción de 104€ IVA incluido.

Cuando me puse en contacto con ellos acto seguido para explicar este problema, me dijeron que es que había aceptado una subscripción la segunda vez que puse los datos bancarios.

Les comento lo del error y les explico que he dado de baja la subscripción ya que solo he hecho un test para ver porque daba una nota tan baja (resulto ser sobre todo, que mi cliente no tenía muchos baklinks que apuntara a a su página, algo que ya sabíamos ) y les pido que no me cobren que es un error (uso real de sus herramientas 30min antes de darme de baja).

Me comentan que es su politica de empresa no hacer este tipo de devoluciones ya que yo acepté la segunda vez una subscripción y que no me devuelven el dinero, pero que como he anulado la subscripción no me van a pasar mas cobros.

Cuidaos mucho de usar esta herramienta y este portal, ya que hay alternativas mejores y que no engañan a nadie.
