I was recommended to use Woolfoot Heating for a boiler replacement and was so glad that I did.
After contacting the ever efficient Lisa in the office, we had a prompt visit from James who instilled confidence with his professional knowledge and recommendations for our heating needs.
I was very happy with the quotation and after Lisa answered a couple of questions I accepted the quote.
Work began within a few days with Nathan, Jordan, Harry (?) and Marshall. They were punctual, conscientious, very tidy and explained what they were doing throughout.
Tanks and a cylinder were removed with no fuss or disruption.
A new Worcester Bosch boiler, with replacement flue and piping were installed with a Hive thermostat.
James made follow up visits for minor problems and made massive improvements to an underfloor heating system, installed by someone else, which had not been working well. This was not within the contract but he clearly wanted the satisfaction of a job fully completed.

Full central heating install
Full central heating install, professionally handled by Jordan and Nathan with help when needed as it was a bigger job than expected. Great problem solvers and clean workers. Lisa in the office, super helpful.

new boiler fitted
from the first call to lisa to the fitting of my new boiler by jordan & nathan nothing was too much trouble, very knowledgeable & explained very well everything i needed to know to make my decision with out being pushy or false promises just honest truth which can be very rare today. also left everything nice And clean. Nathan made sure everything was 100% on the installation was very happy with everything and would highly recommend Woolfoot to everybody, very friendly and very professional

Lightning Fast Response!
Friday morning started with the phrase, "the boiler is leaking". I called woolfoot, the lady in their office guessed the fault correctly over the phone. An engineer was here within 3 hours and did a great job getting us sorted. Excellent service!
