Terrible, got charged £20.00 for delivery on pair of socks for £12.00. I emailed them to try and sort this out and they were not interested basically told me it's my own fault.

ITS A SCAM do not buy from these guys.

Quality of socks very poor as holes in about 3 months and they have not been worn that much. Very expensive mistake and won't be buying anymore.

Worst return policy ever seen! If you want to return the product you have to pay for the return (no label or anything provided) AND they deduct 10€ for their initial shipping cost. Also, wenn you want to exchange the product they ask you to put 15€ into the shipping bag to cover their cost.. Yes, returns are costly for ecommerce. But that policy really creates an unpleasant customer experience. Won´t buy from them again!

Delivered within 5 days. Tracking of delivery was excellent. Really pleased with my Norwool jumper. Quality and fit are both excellent. Would highly recommend

Ordered a Norwool women's sweater from wool-wear UK. I am so pleased with quality and fit. I had emailed them beforehand about sizing and the customer service was excellent. Delivery within 5 days of order.

In this day and age, the world’s most unreliable retailer award goes to these guys. Bought two sweaters, from the US. Didn’t fit, so wanted to return.
Now I have to pay out of my own pocket, fill up customs forms, declare that these goods are return items, and finally wait for these guys to accept. No guarantee they will. So I spend 230 dollars to buy, items don’t fit, and then I pay another 30 bucks to send the items back, and still no guarantee I will get my money back. Talk about malpractice. There you go.

Excellent quality at a very good price. Ordered sweater and socks - some delay in delivery due to adverse weather but always kept up to date regarding delivery.
Would highly recommend and have already ordered further sweaters and socks.

Prima service! Snelle bezorging. Binnen 3 dagen! 2 truien besteld. 1 Trui werd verkeerd geleverd! Nadat ik een mailtje heb gestuurd kreeg ik s middags al een telefoontje van de firma met excuses dat het hun fout was! We mochten de verkeerd geleverde trui gratis terugsturen maar besloten hem te houden
We kregen binnen 1 dag 25,- euro terug gestort vanwege de overlast!

Ordered 9 pairs of assorted thick woollen socks for myself and friends. My email queries before purchase were answered promptly and how to obtain free postage to UK was explained.
Socks were ordered on Sunday, dispatched on Monday and arrived Friday. The socks are of excellent quality with a 80% wool mix. Most ‘wooden’ socks I have seen for sale in the UK do not have this percentage of wool in them. Prices of €10 a pair represent good value for money.

Company is apparently a small family firm in Denmark and they come highly recommended from me.

Ordered two jumpers about 10 days before Christmas. They delivered just one, two days before Christmas eve . The only notification was handwritten on the bill. No Chance to get another present for my wife...
Quality of the product is very good but the service was not too good...
I asked why they didn’t call or mail me. The answer was that they called twice, but I got no missed call or message... not even an email...
The jumper was still available in the online store!

Beautiful warm jumpers. I ordered too large and they were very helpful in exchanging it for me. Do be careful to order the right size -they are large!

Bought one last week and I have to admit that I'm really happy about it. Shipping was fast, size fits perfectly and looks amazing.
My only recommendation is for you to order a smaller size than you normally wear.
I usually wear a "Medium" but ordered a "Small" and it fits decently.
It's also a bit itchy, but that doesn't bother me personally.
Price is the best I could find regarding these items.
Overall very satisfied.

My wife and I were shopping for a thick Norwegian wool sweater in a store in Stockholm recently. Our Swedish friends suggested that we might shop online after we returned to the US. So I found Wool-Wear I/S of Denmark online. I ordered their "Icelandic Polo Neck" sweater. The price was better than the store's in Stockholm. It was shipped to us by UPS in less than a week. The sweater is better than I expected.

The only issue I had was the size. In Stockholm, the size I tried and found to be a good fit was an "L". So I ordered the "L" from Wool-Wear thinking it should be the same size. But it was very large. After searching online for shrinking techniques, I proceeded to try one. After several tries, I finally was satisfied with the result.

My emails with Wool-Wear's owner was very pleasant. Mr. Madsen was very helpful and courteous. I understood early on that returning or exchanging the item (from overseas) was not an option. So, size-issue notwithstanding, my ordering process including price, quality, shipping, dealing with customer service, was very satisfactory. I am happy that I found Wool-Wear, and would highly recommend this company. And I would buy from them again if I decide to do so in the future - and it will be a "Medium".
