Awful service
My frying pan arrived with a crack all the way through it in inadequate packaging. I contacted Wood To Water who admitted that it should have been boxed. The guy didn't apologise, and couldn't get me off the phone quick enough. I got a refund but with no information about how long it would take until I asked. He made me feel like a pest and couldn't be bothered to be clear. I shall never use this company again. Appalling.

I am slightly disappointed if your review I understand damaged products are not great but we resolved the issues within hours of your phone call of which you mentioned you couldn't get off the phone the call was nearly 26 mins long of which we advised would be resolved but you continued your rude abuse towards us, Sadly we may of tried to get you off the phone so we could resolve your issue quicker rather than have the same rude abuse over and over.
All details on the refund were emailed to you as well as told you on the phone, This issue was resolved within 3 hours of you reporting the issue and all information was provided on the phone as well as system emails clearly showing all information provided.
I wish you a great Christmas and hopefully a happier new year.

Discovered Wood to Water Outdoors by accident - and very glad that I did, because they stocked a Petromax item I was struggling to get elsewhere in the UK. Super-speedy delivery, hubby will be SOOOOO happy this Xmas!

This is a great little company selling all sorts of goodies if you're into the outdoors. I've picked up twice from the warehouse as I live close by and have had a great welcome and service. Good competitive prices too.

Bought two collapsible mugs for takeaway drinks just about half the price as on Amazon which I avoid like the plague. Service was prompt, parcel well packed. Delighted all round

Lanshan 2 tent rucksack and small lock knife
The three things that I ordered were great informed that they were on the way really pleased would recommend
Both the tent and rucksack I went on to utube got advice etc took padding out of kipped side pockets and removed some straps etc that I did not need ,on the tent made adjustments to guying system etc my walking poles 120 fit perfectly on the lanshan 2 tent
The kit will be used for south west coastal path so needed to be lightweight and easy to use thank you
