The item never shipped

The item never shipped. I had to call in to cancel. There needs to be better follow up for when an item is not in stock or not available.

After a slight hiccup...

After a slight hiccup this company was incredibly helpful, promptly fixed the problem & went above & beyond to repay me for the inconvenience:

+1 star for excellent selection
+1 star for prices
+1 star for availability
+2 stars for customer service
+1 star for efficiency
+1 star for convenience
+1 star for communication
+1 star for quality

As you can tell, that's more than 5 stars. Unfortunately my first order with them was slightly delayed & I waited over a week before contacting them.
As soon as I contacted them they immediately sent out a new shipment and refunded the full amount back to my card. I would've been more than happy with either outcome but the fact that they went above and beyond to deliver my order & refund my payment is what will keep me shopping here for years to come.
Thank you very much to the team at WiseMerchant for all of your help & dedication.
If there is something you need today, you should go to the store or order on door dash, however if you can wait a day or two, WiseMerchant is one of the most honest & reputable companies I have ever dealt with.
Give them a try & see for yourself just how vast the selection is, how cheap the prices are & how honest the company is. I doubt you'll run into any problems. However, if you do, you can rest assured that they will promptly do whatever it takes to fix any problems you may run into.
