This company managed payroll for a company that I worked for as an Independent Contractor. They withheld money from my checks for quarterly taxes to be sent to the IRS. I left the company in Q2 2024. They did not send any of the funds withheld in Q4 to the IRS. Almost $700, and no one from the company will talk to me or help me with the issue. Now, I'm out that money, and it's messed up my taxes for the year. With not so much as an apology from the company. Instead, they just mark all my requests for assistance as "resolved" and offer no help at all.

The fact that I'm able to with hold taxes if I choose, You also provide debit cards, plus your team is very helpful with providing information.

Wingspan always keeps me up to date on my account. I just updated my address as I had moved and it was so wasy to navigate the system to do this. My pay is always on time. It is always the correct amount and direct deposit is great.

I had to attempt the W-9 send to vendor 3 times to process. I was unable to export to PDF/CSV blocks of invoices. It was not easy to select more than what was on the screen. The navigation aside from those things was straightforward.

One company I work with is using Wingspan to pay me for my work and it a very good way to get paid.
First step is the company letting me know every month how much I will get paid so that adjustments can be made if needed.
After I verify the money I will get paid I do not need to do anything else, the company sends the amount to be paid to Wingspan who then send me a message to confirm the amount I'll get paid.
And the best part is that the money is deposited directly to my bank account every month, no need to wait for a check in the mail, no need go to the bank.to

The site is easy to navigate and understand. I like the different options that there are to receive your pay. I am very satisfied with this platform and glad it was chosen for us to use.

Very easy to set up and use. I wasn't sure why I needed an account at first but minutes after I set it up I received an email saying I was being sent payment for a job I had done weeks before. Definitely recommend to anyone that needs this service.

Wingspan has been an efficient and effective payment software. Both reliable and accurate in making sure commissions are paid timely and accurately. I love that wingspan sends us a notification on the amount to expect 3 days prior to payday!

The company I work for uses Wingspan. I have no choice on how I receive my pay. It's now Dec 24th, yes, Christmas Eve, and I still don't have my pay from the pay period ending Dec 15th. It seems each step has at least a week to week and a half delay before our money is passed on to the next phase of processing. I can only think it's because each process creates interest off of our money for them. Of course, we can have a virtual card or have the amount quick deposited on our debit card with additional fees. They have every angle to take more and more of our money. I'm quitting the job I have due to this payout system. I'm questioning how legal and legitimate this is.
