I was trying to find out where my insurance would be considered in network. I received an Email i couldn't open and when I called back to get more information I was hung up on multiple times.

Completely pointless company. When we did fertility treatments with our first child we had no problems. Now our insurance works with WINFertility and it’s been nothing but a huge joke and run around.... Zobacz więcej

Terrible company! They cover maybe 1-2 things for IVF. If you're thinking of going through IVF and have winfertility, reconsider right now! You think you save money, but no. They also are terrible... Zobacz więcej

Great service.

Excellent staff. Made an error with over charging me but fixed it after I called it out immediately. Very nice people

This was my only way to get to where

This was my only way to get to where I needed to be. Seems like it took forever to pay it off and they were large payment amounts. It would have been better if I had a job the entire time. I spent 11 months without a job.

Made financial sense

Good place to get a discount on fertility services and medication. It made financial sense for me even though I had drug coverage through my insurance -- they don't require you to buy all medications through them, just a couple.

Win Fertility Customer Review

Win Fertility was very accommodating. The customer service representatives were very kind, knowledgeable and thorough and easily accessible. The services offered were provided in a timely fashion.

they are very supportive and were able to make this very difficult process a bite easier where they could. I wish they has more providers in the state of CT. But otherwise a great opertunity to help navigate through though this difficult and confusing process.

too much to get into

too much to get into, but theres no discount for using INFERTILITY.

The customer service is terrible...especailly for going through such a trying time.

The mismanagement of funds is another entire issue in itself.

I had high hopes

I had to cancel my fresh transfer due to OHSS and decided to pay on my own because I never received the support that was promised. I called early in my cycle to get a refill on one of the RX and was left on hold for 10 mins. Not sure why this happened but after that I had my Doctor send it to another pharmacy which was actually cheaper than the pharmacy you use. No one ever even called me to see if I still needed the RX or for any "support" through this process and I only chose this program for that reason. Disappointed
