I wanted to get some special whisky glasses to celebrate my Dad's 80th birthday, and I was in a hurry. My search led me to Wineware. Ordering was easy, and the next day delivery a godsend! I will definitely be ordering from them again.

Easy to process order, goods were exactly as described and arrived very quickly given the recent strikes. Quality product from a quality business. Will definitely use Wineware again.

Following is an e-mail which I finally sent to Wineware after waiting over a month for a product which was marked as being in stock and due to be delivered within days. Received poor customer service and a refund for only the amount which I paid. Did think that I may get a credit note against a future purchase. Will not be visiting this company's website again.

"I am extremely disappointed that you have not been able to despatch the goods which I ordered over a month ago. I understand that miscommunications can occur and the fact that Mark explained to me that the decanter would be sent out this week is an error which the manufacturer has made and which you have repeated in good faith. However, I specifically ordered a product that was not marked as “out of stock” on your website. To be told now that you have no stock of the product and will not have any for another seven or eight months is most frustrating and has now caused me an inconvenience which should, and could, have been easily avoided. It is a further matter for concern that I had to contact you regarding the order rather than you being proactive and advising me of the situation. If I had not made the telephone call, when would you have taken the initiative and advised me of the facts?
At your very earliest convenience, please will you cancel the order and refund the amount which you took from my credit card last year along with an additional amount which you consider appropriate for the inconvenience caused. Thank you."

Courier APC is terrible. They failed to deliver on two days running after I had stayed in for them at the given time on both days - i.e. a total waste of time. "Tracking" often not working, and no information given. Parcel then turned up on the third day. All a big hassle just to get some glasses. Wineware needs to sack APC.

Flawless customer service, quality products, fast delivery. I would not hesitate to recommend.

Due to internet problems I accidentally ordered 3 times believing I had ordered once! This was picked up before I rang to explain by a very helpful female member of staff who rang me to check if I had I inadvertently ordered 18 wine glasses instead of 6.

Amazing service. Dispatched wine glasses the day after ordering, and arrived the following day via APC. Very well packaged. Great selection on the website and good discounts on some items.

I paid £16 for next day midday delivery. It didn't arrive. When raised it was the clear the website is not fit for purpose.

I received the kit promptly and assembling it was straightforward … it did exactly what it said on the tin even though I constructed a completely different configuration from the one advertised

Products and ordering experience were very good. If it hadn't been for the "way over the top" packaging I would give 5 stars. Why do companies still use huge oversized boxes and (even when items are not really breakable) stuff them so much paper protection? Just a waste of resource and so unnecessary for non-breakable items
