Excellent Service

Windship Trading is one of the best at what they do. They have a great selection of products at competitive prices, and excellent customer service.

They lost a star because of their inventory system. When ordering online, I frequently have issues with high demand items being on back-order, but displayed as in-stock. As annoying as this can be at times, Chad has done a great job of assisting me before I submit my order so I am aware of what's unavailable ahead of time and can make the appropriate substitutions.

Windship and Mighty Joe

I've been doing business with my rep, Joe, for a long time. Our business relationship predates his tenure with Windship and I was SO happy when he got on board with them. I wasn't doing business with Windship for all sorts of reasons and I told him that when he joined their team. He assured me any past events would be reconciled and I would be as happy with him there as I was when he was with VaporNation. If he worked for/with me I'd never let him go. I can't say enough great things about him, his professionalism, or the way he handles anything and everything. I never worry when purchasing from Windship anymore, and Joe is the reason why. I also do appreciate the hard work and effort all over there have put in to turn things around, and I have to say they've all done a great job of working out the prior kinks and growing pains. My shop is in Massachusetts, so things have been pretty rough over here. Without Joe's help and support, I don't think I'd still be open. Thanks Joe and all others at Windship for your hard work and dedication to your customers!

Trustpilot Review

Placed an order, was never given an opportunity to pay. Took 3 days for someone to return calls and emails. Still not sure where my order stands - no word for Windship, no tracking, etc.
