Good dealing with Derek, he was very careful and concerned to get our window right. Somehow, it came with the other (Tan) color, maybe I wasn't insistent enough for the Driftwood color. I said that I would wait for the darker Driftwood. I'll be more sure to list it on paper next time. Still, would recommend to others.

Just a good place to do business. Each phone call to them was a good experience, because they were easy to talk to, giving the feeling they were just a small town family type business. Also I missed the Coupon code for a window discount, so when I mentioned that, it was quickly granted even though it was about a week later after ordering windows. Windows arrived today a full week early from their estimate, and I am fully happy with the quality..I ordered 5 windows all with the flange named as 'New work' window. However these are just the correct ones for my modular home replacement. Already started removing the old aluminium single pane ones, Place is gonna look good ! : )

I have worked with this company on several projects and they are wonderful to work with. They stand by their product. I had a window pane break and they replaced my sash in very short order. The process was incredibly easy and customer service was great!

Pending satisfactory resolution. Some of the Windows were missing weep hole covers/ the latches used to open for cleaning, however they have assured me they will be sending the missing pieces. Windows wont lock after being opened because the top pane slides down slightly. I have been assured that this will stop happening after more use. Will update.

WINDOWESTORE is an excellent choice for ordering windows online. Their online pricing, window selection and options for Florida weather were exceptional. This made a stark difference for us to do business with this window dealer instead of accepting bids from five local window companies. The only caveat is they do not do installation. However, the local ABC Supply Co. provided the name of local contractors that came out to the house and did the measurements for us. The next day after ordering we received a phone call to go over every detail of our order. We have also received two follow-up emails from D. Baker confirming the expected delivery date to the local ABC location we chose. So far, they have exceeded our expectations.
