WindowEstore.com Recenzje

I received a number of quotes from other companies to replace the windows in my 50 year old log cabin in the mountains of North Carolina. I had 16 windows to replace including one large picture window. The quotes seemed really high. By luck, I found the WindowEstore and began to measure and plan to install them myself. The website is easy to use and you can order practically any size you need down to 1/8". Their order team is responsive and confirms every order and answers any questions quickly. The window construction is solid, hefty and functions well. They install easily and are extremely efficient. I am very happy so far with what I have received from them and am waiting for the next shipment to finish the project. By the way, I am saving $4,000-$5,000 by installing them myself. I am handy with tools but no professional by any means.

Great service and attention, all the process was easy.

very professionalThe lady who is in the office is helping whit everything. Nice personality thanks:)

We replaced four, aluminum frame/single pane windows in our 1973 condo. Two were 4' x 6'. The trimmable stucco flange was critical - using an oscillating tool removed 1/4" from the top/bottom and 9/16" from the side flange (used the old frame as a template). Perfect fit inside the existing exterior trim (which we could not alter). Great service, quality, delivery, and support. For a cost of 1.16% of the purchase price (condo purchased in 08/2021) - a huge improvement in performance and appearance. As these were sliders - removed the sliding glass which lighten the window by 1/2. Very satisfied and much better than the replacement windows that were done by professionals just two condos north of ours. Just measure carefully - and you will get a perfect fit. A little caulk and you are good to go.

We were told window would be done end of November only to to be end of December. Mind you this wouldn’t be bad if I lived in Texas but our home is at 9000 ft in Colorado. We purchased the house be window October 24.

The entire process (order, confirmation, delivery, installation) was easy start to finish. The website really makes selecting/configuring/ordering windows painless. Everyone I have spoken to has been incredibly helpful and friendly!

Exceptionally easy to make the order/modify when that became necessary, gave great advice, and shipped quite quickly. Really awesome company and I look forward to purchasing more windows from them in future.
Thank you!

I have order many windows with WindowEstore and the quality and value is second to none! They are helpful in every step of the process and any DIYer would benefit greatly.

A very easy process of ordering and picking up. The windows are very very good quality and very beautiful

As an architect, I am always looking for superior products and found them at the WindowEstore. Wanting to install the windows myself, I had become frustrated with other window companies who would not sell direct. The WindowEstore however, proved to be the exception. Their website was not only user friendly but additionally allowed me to custom select and size each window for my project. I had contacted Derek with questions about their products more than a year ago. I found him to be helpful and incredibly patient in his responses, following up with product information including specifications, details, and installation instructions. When I finally placed my order, I reached out with an installation question and was surprised when Derek answered the phone and remembered my name. He spent several minutes with me, again with much patience and expertise. Hearing 'supply-side' issues within the industry were backing up window orders for months, I was prepared for a long wait. I was then surprised when my windows were delivered within a few short weeks of placing my order. To test the waters, I started with an order of four smaller windows and could not be more pleased with the results. My second order will include several large format windows and a sliding glass door. Way to go WindowEstore and Derek. With your help--and if I was a few years younger--I would be ready to start my own window installation company!

Rep called back and corrected our Order!

It has been a pleasure to with with WindowEstore. Derrek has been a great help with choosing the correct window. I hope to get my windows soon…

Communication from the ordering, to confirmation that I had the right product, to shipping was consistent and timely.

Customer service is very helpful with instructions on ordering my windows. The arrival time is earlier than expected. I’m excited to see them.

The experience alone has been the absolute best. The guy selling me the window over the phone couldn't have been more helpful. One of the most knowledgeable people I've ever met (in this field). Do not hesitate to buy from this place. They can even help you with measurements. The window is spectacular. Thank you

I spoke with two company representatives, both of whom were extremely helpful and answered all of my questions. Exceptional customer service.

The basic windows are of great quality that you won’t get from the box stores, but you also will pay for the better built windows. I’ve ordered twice and have gotten my order in around 4 weeks or less. Good windows , fair price , outstanding service. Buy em. You won’t regret it.

My window was leaking, Window E-Store helped me find the right window before I purchased and assisted with all my questions.

I highly recommend them. Service is fast, efficient and prices are fair.

Thank you Window E-Store!

I am totally AMAZED and pleased at how easy the process was!!!! I had gone to and contacted several other window "experts" only to be told that they don't bother with single windows or that all of the windows in that area need to be replaced simultaneously. The WindowEstore gave us the exact window we needed in the perfect time frame at a reasonable cost. As soon as the window was ordered, we were contacted to verify the details and dimensions of the window, how the window would be delivered, and how to contact the party delivering the product. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

The first order of 2 double picture windows (windows mulled together) went flawless. I picked them up at the warehouse and installed them within 2 days. Very quality exo-extreme windows. The second order included 1 double picture window just like the previous ones. Also, a very quality window, but the top flange that sticks out to deflect water, was badly warped due to being sinched too tightly. I don't know if this happened at the warehouse or if was shipped this way from the manufacturer. I couldn't see it until I took it home since it was covered in cardboard along that piece of vinyl. Also in that shipment was a large picture window and an awning window of the same size. Both of these were undamaged. However, after installing these windows, I went to open the awning window and was very disappointed to see that it would only open about 8 inches. I really wish the website had given me a warning that based on my window size the awning window would only open 8-9 inches. If I had seen a warning like that, I definitely would have chosen sliders, instead of awning windows. I was converting an unenclosed patio (700 sq ft) into an inclosed space. I wasalso paying for it each month as I worked. Which is why I had three orders (the third is still in manufacture). I made three mistakes with these windows. First, I should have ordered everything at one time. Second, I should have checked how far the awning windows would open before ordering them. My last mistake was in having them shipped to the warehouse. I should have had them shipped to my home, so I could prove where any damage had occurred.
