You can't beat Williams for reliability,knowledge and service.Done several jobs now and stropped me being fleeced by local cowboys and no nothing numptys.

I can highly recommend Williams Plumbing & Heating. Luke has done work for us on several occasions and I have found him to be reliable, knowledgable, honest, fast, and thoroughly decent bloke.

Oh, and did I say that he's good?
He won't disappoint!

This is a genuine review, and have no connection, I'm just a very happy customer.

Excellent work undertaken by Luke (Williams) and his assistant, the guys just work very well together under Luke's leadership. Initially had a new combi boiler installed, then went back to ask for a new combined sink+toilet install, then yesterday a new bath.
Busy as most plumbers are but good customer service through Claire and have managed to book-in time up to 1-2 weeks in advance. They've always turned up on the days booked.
Fair prices and they just get on with it and do the job, no messing about, no slacking, they advise if any risks during work and check if you are happy, clean up after work.

Will be asking them to install a heated towel rail soon and possibly more in the future.

From the time of when my call was received by a live and local CSR (Kate), to the completed work by a qualified, professional field technician, (Sylus), I could not ask for a more prompt quality experience. I highly recommend Williams Plumbing &Drain. Everyone else are a amateurs.

We have a saniflow toilet system that had stopped working. As the toilet is under the stairs access was very awkward. Williams plumbing came when planned & fixed it with no fuss & due to the awkward location & limited space no damage to the decoration. I would not hesitate to use them again, a good find.

This is a family business with a wealth of knowledge going back generations, this means they really know what they’re doing and you can trust them.
They have fixed up my kitchen and installed a new bathroom, I’m very pleased with the result.

Had a leak from below the bathroom floor; the plumber was quick to attend, and very fast to locate source of leak. The price was less than I expected too, and the plumber was very professional and knowledgeable. I also had a mains stopcock replaced at the same time- great job!

I have an excellent shower but the rollers from which the curved sliding door was hung had so deterioratedover 12 years that the door jammed and then fell off its track. I rang Williams Plumbing and the delightful and efficient secretry ordered up the new rollers and, on the appointed morning, a plumber appeared with the correct rollers and proceeded to fit them with the utmost care as to balance and alignment. The sliding door now works perfectly and I'm delighted. Top marks.
