Picking out a kitchen design was made so much easier with the help of Hayley at the Wrexham store,she really is efficient at what she does,easy to talk to and a great help overcoming any hurdles.We could not have asked for better service.

I was served by the lovely Harry and then bless Alfie took my products to the car abd kindly loaded the bags of plaster for me.
Both couldn't have been more helpful.

Hayley at the Wrexham store worked with us on designs for a new kitchen and bathrooms. She was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable & made it clear she would do everything possible to make sure we're happy with everything. She was happy to look at and suggest alternatives & to make alterations. We were allowed plenty of time over several appointments to think things over and add or change things where necessary. Hayley was also available to answer questions between appointments. Having completed the purchses, we still have the opportunity to have further help from Hayley, should we have any problems with what we've chosen or with delivery. We're very happy with the designs. The various offers made the overall cost very reasonable.

I would just like to thank Hayley at the Wrexham branch for the design of our kitchen. It had totally transformed our kitchen from being dark and looking small to light bright warming and a feeling of it looking a lot bigger. The delivery perfect just had a few forgotten items but that’s to be expected and was soon on its way. Hayley was very professional in dealing with any issues we had. Big thank you to Hayley and Wickes quality kitchen.

We decided to have our bathroom renovated and having visited several suppliers, Wickes were by far the best on customer service.
As someone who works in the building industry, I was very impressed with Wickes Design Consultant Sian's knowledge of the products and methods of construction. This extended in to her efficiency of organising and replying to my emails.
I arranged our own installer, instead of Wickes installers, but this made no difference to our Customer Service.
Wickes Customer Services were also extremely helpful when I had to delay the delivery date with only 24hrs notice.
An Excellent Service all round.

Sian was amazing and made the whole process nice and easy . Our kitchen fitter Ben was also fab. We are so pleased with the end result. Highly recommend . Thanks again .

My friend and I were served by Patryk today. His level of customer care and support was exceptional. He was extremely helpful,patient, polite, courtious and knowledgeable. He took time to help us source the laminate flooring and underlay and load it into our van. Most definitely a credit to have as an employee at Wickes or any company. Thank you Patryk.

Customer service was very good. We bought a kitchen today at Wickes, Wrexham. We met the design consultant Sian Williams a few times. The first time at home to measure up and chat what we wanted. The second at the showroom to verify the products on offer and shown all the different types of kitchen. A third time to go over what we wanted exactly and to sort any the finance agreement. Sian was very professional and knowledgeable and explained everything perfectly.

Bonnie, store manager did everything she could to provide us with an appointment to sit with Sian Williams, design consultant, who was so helpful, easy to discuss kitchen design and helped me visualise how the design would work for my space, she guided me through the process and made me feel at ease with my choices and gave me confidence in the prompt delivery of appliance and cabinets, wickes had an excellent choice of kitchen range, materials and appliances - an excellent customer experience

Sian was excellent, from the initial appointment to it all being confirmed ! We are so so excited for our new kitchen , and the entire process was smooth and Sian knew exactly what we wanted and made necessary changes as needed . We are very happy with this whole process and can’t thank Sian enough for her creativity and determination to making our kitchen perfect . Highly highly recommend to anyone who wants their dream kitchen come to life . Thank you again xx

Fantastic help from Alfie at the Wrexham store. I went in for 35 paving slabs which were not yet on display and were in the storage area. Alfie sorted it all out for me even loading all the slabs onto two trolleys! Alfie even helped to wheel the trolleys to my pickup truck. So nice to have great customer service, Alfie could not have been more helpful - a great experience at Wickes Wrexham!

I went to the store at closing time and was given assistance with which supplies I needed to buy for my home project. I asked for help as i was unsure and may have ended up buying the wrong things. Both Simon and Demi were very helpful staff in assisting me with what I needed.

Been in this morning to get supplies for a complicated floor levelling job - wanted to bulk up a self leveller, kind of knew it wasn’t the right thing to do - had some great advice from one guy, and then he went and got Adam, who was incredibly helpful.
I’m 45 years old, been doing this all my life, and I think Adam was the most helpful guy I’ve come across in my hundreds of visits to DIY shops. He even talked me through using AI to tell me what wickes products I should use for the job, and explaining why I should be filling the bulk in with concrete first, then levelling after - saved me loads of time and money.
He’s a real credit to your store - please can you thank/reward him appropriately.

A well designed kitchen by Hayley at Wrexham Branch who was more than helpful with her patience and suggestions. I had the kitchen fitters through Wickes (led by Mike) who were ace. There was quite a bit of remedial work to complete before the actual kitchen fit (plastering, tile removal, electrical work etc) and they arranged it all. The kitchen was delivered on time and by very pleasant deliverymen. The finished kitchen is fabulous and the units of good quality. I couldn't be more pleased. Definitely a 5 star experience!

Fantastic service from Wrexham store. I applied for the community programme and had a reply quickly to say we were successful. I had great communication off Charlotte Haslam and I think it was Marcus Mitchell that helped me on the day I collected. He loaded the bags into my car and kept the others for me to do a return visit as couldn't get all in my car at same time.

XDP who are their delivery people have let Wickes down as I was supposed to receive my item the next day but it turned up a week later after many attempts to get to the bottom of the delay. Long hold and delays on Wickes customer support phone line. Really disappointing and frustrating.
