Wickes - Waltham Cross Recenzje 

The sales experience was excellent right up until we signed on the dotted line. Our installer was fantastic and worked incredibly hard throughout the installation.

There was an issue with the original order, as the wrong door was supplied. However, to their credit, the correct door was ordered and installed within two weeks, which we were happy with.

Unfortunately, the customer service experience since then has been very disappointing. Alongside our order, several additional items were delivered to our home by mistake, including a fascia board measuring approximately 3m x 1m. We have now had these items sitting at our property for over six weeks.

We've contacted the Customer Experience team multiple times. We're repeatedly told that they are waiting to hear from the store, or that the store has arranged collection, yet nobody contacts us and nothing happens. Customer Care also seem unable to get hold of the store to resolve the issue.

As customers, we feel unheard and treated like a nuisance rather than someone they are trying to help. After one of the extra parcels was eventually collected (while another was mistakenly delivered), we were told to "just dump it" because it was apparently not financially viable for them to collect and dispose of the remaining items.

We find this quite shocking. These are brand-new products, and simply sending them to landfill feels incredibly wasteful. Some of the remaining boxes are over 3 metres long and require two people to lift them. It's unreasonable to expect customers to transport them to a recycling centre or back to a store themselves.

The aftercare and handling of this issue have left us feeling very let down.

We were very happy with a service received from Tom B from Wickes Waltham Cross. Out of all other kitchen suppliers we dealt with during the project, he was by far the most helpful and knowledgeable. The advice from Tom was always spot on and made a stressful process much easier to manage.
Tom was friendly, professional, and always happy to answer questions and help whenever needed.
Tom your support made a huge difference, and we really appreciated your guidance throughout. Thank you!

Ordered on line, click and collect. Within 5 minutes informed order was ready! Collected from store a really helpful member of staff served me, brought the product out and checked out on the till. Many thanks to Aricia. She also served me later that day when I was purchasing more goods. Very helpful and pleasant. A credit to customer service at the Waltham Cross branch.

We were given a 5* customer service by Alistair who quickly responded to a call from his colleague (reception) to help us with the bags of compost. Many thanks to Alistair who helped us to load the bags of compost in the car boot.

Visited Wickes, Waltham Cross this morning (6/05/26),I couldn’t find any flow plas gutter clips in the tray. Asked two members of staff, called on the head sets. The wonderful Carlene came to my help. She went down on her hands & knees & found 7 gutter clips that had fallen down the back of the trays. That’s one amazing member of staff. A massive thank you to Carlene for going out of your way to help me.10/10

When I walked in to your store I was greeted with the most pleasant smile buy a member of staff Aricia .. she was so patient with me as I did not know how to order on line as iam not technically.. she helped me order and pay and took my delivery address and made me feel comfortable that my order was being processed correctly .. she is definitely a credit to your team keep up the good work

Every time I visit this store, the staff can not do enough for you. Ewelina and the lady who was on the tills, apologies as I didn't get her name, were fantastic. I ordered incorrectly and had to obtain different wood. I was swiftly reimbursed and my order actioned. Being bank holiday it was pretty busy!!Great store

Was visiting Wickes in Waltham cross last week .And would like to say a massive thank you to one of the staff member Ania .I can give her easy 10 out of 10 stars.Her customer services was amazing!She is very Polite,patient,fast and her knowledge of the product in store I would say is on the top !She help me with all my queries from beginning till the end ,so I left the store and with all the answers and purchase the right product

My visit today was met by a super member of staff named Alistair who despite being super busy in store gave excellent customer service and helped load my car with compost which was too heavy for me . I went home to garden with a big smile .

Well , i have always visiting wicks branch in waltham cross since 2014 and have always been happy and satisfied of service and in particular staff and members . But in my latest visit last week sometimes i purchased lots of products for my garden and due to arrangements for delivery the cashier who named ( Tamia or Tamig not sure ) she not only did the delivery arrangements but also helped me significantly and caused me so so happy and satisfied .she is one of the best staff i have visited so far in wicks . 👌🙏🙏🙏💐

Fantastic service and super happy with my new kitchen! My consultant at Wickes Waltham Cross was Tom Bolton who went above and beyond to ensure everything was explained and even popped in during the installation to check I was happy with the progress. There was one item unused that Tom kindly arranged to have collected for me and refunded. The installers were A&T Kitchens who completed the work to a high standard and fit the kitchen and flooring beautifully. Happy customer! Thanks again!

All credit goes to Dean who only joined two days ago and still learning the products. He took me to an experienced member of staff (female Eastern European) who said she could not understand what I wanted. Dean took me to the section and worked out exactly what I needed, even measured so I could buy the right amount. He will be an asset to this branch whereas the experienced staff needs training on customer care

Thomas communicated everything clearly, was quick and efficient and very polite. Measured up, and made a follow appointment all in good time.
