Wickes - Stirchley Recenzje 

Just wanted to say that Becky who served me at the till was absolutely lovely, very down to earth, and she had a great sense of humour too which gave me a laugh, especially as I was a bit stressed with all the work I needed to get done!

I came into the store and had no idea what paint I needed ,A lovely gentleman called Neil helped me to find the correct paint . Both Neil and ade were very helpful great customer service.

Great place had a guy called Neil help us out with some building materials recommendations couldn't do enough for us, best member of staff by far

Always a chilled atmosphere, staff all friendly and helpful, always leave with what I needed.

I will never ever use Wickes again i went to Wickes in Jan sales to get a new fitted kitchen they said an installation will be arranged n quoted the kitchen designer was Ryan he arranged for a kitchen fitter rob to sort he came to my house to quote then said was going be fitted April which was not good enough I then asked Ryan to sort out another fitter I did not hear anything and inadvertently had no option than to get sorted myself. I did this when Wickes should of fitted the kitchen was incorrectly measured and as a result my kitchen fitter has taken down a lot of tiles so now looks like a builders site with a new kitchen the gas hob is not installed as need a gas fitter and this is costing me an extra £80 on top of already the extra expense as the drill bolts etc was missing. I called Wickes customer service on 24th Feb they logged complaint then had email saying would be I touch 48 hrs I called sat 1st March held for 50 mins to be told no complaint logged. I then called Wickes stirchley and spoke to manager Natalie at stirchley she was so rude and abrupt saying it’s not there fault as I chose to not have a fitter which I did and wanted this she then said she will end call and sort and speak to Ryan but basically putting all blame on me Natalie was coughing all through call I asked her if needed water in fact was same person I called about needing paper if kitchen design to which again was unhelpful and unsupportive I am now seeking legal advice as an infringement of my legal rights and consumer duty so yes a very high minus 10 stars to add to this Wickes stirchley called me I am made to feel like I’m over exaggerating I was interrupted and again they are just so rude what happens to customer always right no empathy or understanding at all xx

Brilliant trip, couldn't find what i was looking for and spoke to Neil who actually took me to the items I was after, very nice lad and very well manered and likable.

Needed some wooden floor and didn't have a clue what to buy. Luckily two staff members - Shelly & Clio helped me sort out all the things I needed. Helped me pick my colour and reminded me to buy some extra bits. Then they had a guy called Neil carry everything for me out to the car ! Honestly really great staff, went above and beyond for me .... floor looks amazing so happy . Thank you all !

Great,short introduction on how to use products,not long winded like other days I've been on.
Plus the guys are knowledgeable on the trade itself and answered my queries on speed saved using their products as I normally use ply and have to screw down every 4 inches which takes a long time.

I had fantastic service from Natalie, Julie, Ryan and Becky. Supplied us a kitchen hassle free start to finish.

I ordered things online. It was delivered within 48 hours. Everything was fine. The time slot for delivery was a bit confusing. The tracker said my items had been picked up from store at 10.30am and I was next on the list, but it didn't arrive till nearly 3pm. Otherwise everything was fine.

The staff were really polite and helped me find everything I need . As a group of women walking around the store they where very helpful :) they like to have a laugh and a joke as well :]

Very helpful staff nothing is too much for them. As a bunch of women going round the store for decorating products we needed help =)

I normally visit the store but as i needed 6x4 ft panels that wouldn,t fit in the car i decided to order online. Not only did Wickes have the best price per panel, because I wanted 4 then there was no delivery charge. Ordering on their website was extremely easy as was payment and I had the choice of delivery day which was superb. Communication from them was excellent right up to the point they delivered to my door.
I would recommend Wickes to anyone wanting a reliable and trustworthy company. Well done!

Always a brilliant experience in this store. A lady called Shelley always goes above and beyond….every.single.time from finding products off the shelves to offering choices I hadn’t thought of. She’s brilliant and incredibly professional. Very funny too! Store is immaculate and I find the new kitchen area works really well. Car 🚙 park has plenty of free space. I love the addition of click and collect. Overall a brilliant shopping experience
