Bought a bespoke kitchen , quite a few of the goods arrived damaged, scratches, scuffs, dirty marks , had not been painted sufficiently, made my designer aware of this, was assured before buying the kitchen that any damaged items would have replacements sent out , after installing the kitchen I made a list and sent out photos of the items that were damaged on delivery , they have refused to send me replacements and want nothing to do with it now , after spending over £4000 on a kitchen I would like to think the customer service would be a bit higher than usual.

New bathroom
My daughter has a bathroom that she loves. We had an excellent design advisor with Lisa Rushby. This was followed with a great team that completed the bathroom both electricians and building company. Thank you for the excellent service and completion of the works.

Showers and bathroom flooring
Just had new showers and bathroom flooring fitted. Excellent service from start to finish, starting with Sarah Astley’s superb designs, advice and guidance followed by Graeme Holden’s excellent workmanship. Very impressed with Wickes.

Design consultant Lisa Rushby at Wickes Stafford was brilliant. Knowledgeable, helpfull and professional. Installer Graeme Holden was amazing. Experienced, hard working and skillfull. A joy to deal with. I have no hesitation in recommending them for your home project, large or small.

My experience with my designer Lisa Rushby from the Stafford Store was excellent from start to finish, she could not do enough for me as the kitchen was designed for my daughter who is disabled would definitely recommend her to anyone

Outstanding design consultant.
Lisa the design consultant was very professional and quickly understood our requirements. She drew our attention to a number of features that we hadn’t considered and reconciled our uncertainty over the type of worktop. She came up with a suggestion to make the best use of an unused fire place which has proved to be very successful. By the end of the consultation we had detailed drawings of the proposal and accurate images which sold the designs to us. Delivery of the kitchen was promised for the 26th June and was delivered at 07.00 by two very competent men who had the unloading and storage off to a fine art.
