We have just purchased a kitchen from Wickes.

Outstanding!

We have a challenging space in our kitchen with many doors and windows. We had two people from other companies design our kitchen which made you feel enclosed. Azhar came to our home and promised he would be able to make it open up with a good flow in the kitchen. We were skeptical based on previous experience.
We were absolutely blown away by Azhar's design, he made the impossible, possible and really thought laterally about the entire project. We love the design and cannot wait for it to be fitted.
We now call Azhar our kitchen design angel.

I had a great experience with Raeanna at Wickes last month when I was buying a kitchen and a bunch of other bits for my house. She was so helpful on the day, guiding me to pick the right kitchen and other items I needed.

What really stood out was how she didn’t just stop there. Raeanna followed up after my visit, chased suppliers, and made sure everything was sorted and delivered on time. It made the whole process so much easier and stress-free.

Huge thanks to Raeanna for going the extra mile – If you’re shopping at Wickes, I definitely recommend asking for her help.

Really pleased with my Wickes Kitchen Anthony Garnett at St Albans was really great to work with in the planning and Mike Done and his team Jamie and Callum were great fitters. Really pleasant process and I was able to have my new kitchen in time for Christmas. Super impressed at the quality.

Lee, the kitchen fitter, was very helpful & professional. His work is immaculate & he cleans up after himself! He made sure all tradesmen were booked in & available at short notice. Although a few parts were missing, he returned to fit them.
In addition to this, the kitchen designer at St Albans store, Anthony Garnett, has been extremely helpful & went above & beyond to provide an excellent customer service.

Nathan designed my new kitchen, he did a great job and it looks excellent now that it’s installed. The fit and finish of everything is spot on. Nathan was very helpful and patient when developing the design, and clear about what could and could not be done.

Slight inconvenience with delivery, a couple of items did not arrive with the rest of the order, with several phone calls and emails required to rearrange delivery of these (one of which was out of stock for 3 weeks). But overall a positive experience and very happy with the new kitchen.

First and foremost, our Wickes the design consultant, point of contact and coordinator Ollie Beattie (St Albans and Welywn Garden). From the start of the planning to the end of the kitchen installation, he was so attentive and always present at the end of the telephone. Small problems are inevitable but he sorted them out straight away. Even after the kitchen was 'done' we experienced some engineering issues but he pointed us in the right direction and up to now, as I await the oven engineer, Ollie messaged me to see if the problem has been sorted. The Installation company assigned to us was also very good. 3D Force. Very professional and the various staff were polite, tidy and respectful of being in our home. Please pass on these comments to Ollie Beattie and 3D Force.

David at the St Albans store and his colleagues were incredibly helpful. They helped look into fittings for my jet washer.

At short notice i needed to secure suitable kitchenettes for a HMO project. I reached out to Azee who very swiftly and professionally found units to match my requirements (and price!). He visited the property and hosted me in store on two occasions, organising a quick delivery. I will definitely be coming back for future projects because the tenants say they look great! :)

I was looking for a specific item and wasn’t certain that it was available after looking around. Until a member of staff called Kai, noticed me looking lost and asked me what I was looking for and guided me straight to it. Wish there was more retail workers like him!

Lovely experience at Wickes. Kai was extremely helpful and showed me the items I needed and was very patient and supportive.

the worst decision I have ever made was a kitchen from Wickes, we ordered everything from them, including the equipment for which they charged a much higher price. They installed a hood from which water flows onto the induction hob, when we filed a complaint, the kitchen installer first came and started telling us that it was normal we can't even use one pot because water is literally pouring out of the hood. At first, customer service responded, they wanted more details even though we sent a lot of photos and videos and we want to replace this device, they don't respond. I won't leave the matter like that and will take them to court for compensation. all the fees incurred and the replacement of devices that will be replaced.their warranty are worthless, just like the customer service, avoid them and choose another, more professional company, because in Wickes, starting from the designer to the entire process of making the kitchen, it is one big amateur

Received a parking fine for staying over 90 minutes when at Wickes that whole time for a bathroom design appointment. No one warned us of this time limit when booking the appointment, neither did the staff on the day at Wickes who based on when we arrived would have known we were going to stay too long. Contacted Wickes customer service several times and told to follow instructions on the fine letter! I definitely won't be getting my new bathroom from Wickes now. Eventually paid fine as was being threatened with bailiffs, but over a £60 fine Wickes will now be loosing out on much more as not only will we not be getting our bathroom there, we and friends and family will never shop there again

When selling a returned Croydex Flex Fit Toilet seat as new. I would have thought care would have been taken ensuring package was complete.

We had an excellent kitchen design experience with Nathan. Nathan, made the whole process simple and transparent. Nathan was very friendly and patient as we continued to make small changes to our design even after a final version had been created. I would highly recommend his services.

I recently needed design and purchase of a new kitchen. I looked online, few local stores and did a lot of research.
Finally I went to see someone at Wicks kitchen design. It was the best decision of my life. Ollie at St Albans kitchen store helped me with his amazing knowledge of designing and application using the app he had to produce 3D of various designs, styles and colours.
He was amazing in understanding what exactly I needed. He understood my time and money limitations.
He followed the sale, delivery and the progress of the kitchen.
Amazing experience.

We had a new en-suite and kitchen installed in June by Sorin and Betu Gutu. They are absolutely brilliant in terms of customer focus, quality of workmanship and willingness to go over and above. We cannot recommend them highly enough - be sure to ask for them by name when you book because they are very busy and their slots go quickly. Thank you Soren and Betu, we love our new bathroom and kitchen!

I purchased my Kitchen and Bathroom from Wickes St.Albans store, after a recommendation from a family friend who told me I needed Ben as my designer and said I should insist on Sorin being the installer/Fitter for both projects.

I can categorically say I wasn't disappointed in any way. Ben made a brilliant design for both my Kitchen and Bathroom whilst keeping in mind I wanted value for money and maintaining a good quality. Ben suggested what would work best and took the time to explain the potential trip hazards of what I was suggesting!

Sorin and his team did an outstanding job, I can honestly say Sorins team is by far the best team of Trades people I have ever worked with. Nothing was ever a problem, there were only ever solutions (I live in an old terrace house which makes everything a bit tricky!) Which in today's world is a rarity. I handed over the keys to the house as I work away, and the project was managed by Sorin and his team to a level I have not seen before, even all the neighbours commented on my return how respectful the team had been about noise etc. Going forward I will only ever use Ben and Sorin's team for future projects.

Bottom line: Ask for Ben and insist Sorin is the installer!! I promise you, you won't regret it!!!

It's also worth mentioning that Matt from the Customer experience service team was great also.
