The design consultant was very knowledgeable, listened to what we wanted but also said what was doable or not. Looking forward to the next meeting

Lovely store! Very big, clean and easy to navigate. Damian, Jack and Shirley were all really helpful and I’m really pleased with the service. Prices are really good and I’ll definitely keep coming back

My kitchen was fitted in April and it is now November. I have had a nightmare with Wickes. I strongly advise you not to go near them.
I have been cc’ing in the director for the last few months to try to get this resolved. Finally the installer sent another electrician out to sign off the original electricians work as he’d gone awol. The new electrician discovered the house wasn’t earthed and so none of these new electrical kitchen items would have tripped. I had to have Scottish powers come out as an emergency and employ and pay for another electrician. I informed Wickes & ccd in the ceo of this immediately informing them of how dangerous this is and the new electrician informed the installer a week ago. I have heard nothing from either. Their original electrician did not inform me of the danger of my electrics and their second electrician left my property without making it safe.
This has been the latest but most dangerous in a long list.

Visited your new store in Southport on Wednesday, was served buy a very friendly person called Shirley, she was very helpful in helping me with what I needed with a nice attitude and with a smile, thanks Shirley and wickes Southport

Was at the store Monday. The lady at the till - Shirley- was exceptionally helpful. Especially as my toddler was acting up. Absolutely excellent customer service.

Visited Southport store today for plasterboard,
Was served at the till by Mischa who was really nice and helpful.
My first time in the new store, it’s really good and prices look better than b and q

The designers Dave ( on phone last couple of days) & Steve in store today .
Plus Mike and Graham too !! Really took their time to help me with choices .

Lady at till called for john to get my click and collect order and within a few seconds he was over getting my order and then went outside and got a trolley and helped me to my car and put the items in the boot of my car for me.
Very helpful, a credit to the southport store.

Liam and Chris are so helpful nothing is a bother. Highly recommend this branch. Damian is so helpful also.

What a brilliant new store! The staff are especially helpful, 3 staff, Craig, Nicole and Mischa went above and beyond to help me source the paint I needed. Nothing was too much trouble and they even helped carry it to the car. The store is clean, well presented and has a great range of stock. This will definately be my go to store from now on.

Been here a couple of times now and had David out to our home and design our kitchen, and wow what a design. Cannot wait for the work to start next year. All the staff are very friendly, welcoming and polite. Highly recommend visiting this store.

First time coming into wickes today. So amazed by the store ending up purchasing a few items served by Ellie on the till so friendly and helpful also signed me up to the trade pro helped me step by step. Great shop

Been here a few times since they’ve opened for general bits and pieces, been served by Ellie each time, she’s super friendly and great at her job.

Amazing new store in Southport (with that new DIY store smell too). It seems like the level and variety of stock is far better than any other DIY store and all at very reasonable prices. I went to Wickes for specific products and they were all in stock. A special mention is needed for the member of the team Mischa who went above and beyond in her service.

Amazing experience. All the staff we're fantastic and very helpful especially Baljit together with her manager (sorry I didn't catch his name) who didn't hesitate to give us a hand.
Will definitely recommend the store, great prices and theres always someone there to advise you if needed
