Well stocked
Well stocked, everything I needed to complete my project. Good customer service, staff very helpful, especially a lady called Ingrid, part of the management team I think, who went out of her way to answer a query.

Help in store
I needed some glides for some garden furniture. I had no idea of where to find them in the Southampton store, so I asked at the desk and Charlette took me straight to them. Great customer service!

Click + collect = great!
I did a click + collect at home which was really easy. When I got to the store I told a young lady I was there for my collection. She asked for my name + PIN (I didn't know where this was so she showed me!) she got my order, wished me a good day + off I went! Easy + efficient = great service!
