Wickes - Sheffield North Recenzje 

I had been needing to buy a lawnmower, and it hadn't occurred to me to try Wickes. I had a totally different experience from one of the other retailers where I was feeling overwhelmed with deciding what to buy, with no one about to ask for help, I had grumpily left and happened to drive past Wickes. Harry approached me in the shop, asking if I needed a hand. He advised on the best buy with the fact I am new to gardening and buying my first lawnmower with a medium sized garden. I was starting to get ahead of myself and thinking of buying a hedge trimmer and saw. He showed me some options and recommended I take a picture and have a look on their website. I had taken my dog (another bonus) into the shop so he went and grabbed me a trolley from outside and took my chosen purchase to the till, taking payment. These gestures make such a difference to your customer experience which are sometimes lost when you go to large stores. Wickes is definitely my first choice, from now on, after the great service I received from Harry. (I went with the Mowers
Flymo Speedi-Mo 360C Corded Rotary Lawn Mower which was reasonably priced. I found it straight forward to put together (I'm usually terrible with instructions) and felt most satisfied with my first cut of the grass!)

The staff and manager at the Sheffield North store have been fantastic. Recently applied for the Community Programme for some materials to make our community plot at the allotment site more accessible - Wickes/Sheffield North store have really helped us out and it will make a massive difference for us. Great customer service and will definitely be my DIY shop of choice for anything else.

Bought our fence panels from Wickes. Huge thank you to Mike who gave brilliant customer service. Some of the panels on display were slightly damaged, but Mike got us perfect panels from stock, and even offered to help us load them onto our van. Great work Mike.

Many thanks to Mike and his team at Wickes Sheffield North for providing much needed gardening equipment for our school. The Community Programme has supported us in gradually transforming a disused yard into a school garden. The staff at Sheffield North have always been helpful and welcoming on our visits.

Popped in today and was looking for fence caps, Mike was very helpful and pleasant he was very busy but went out of his way to help thank you Mike, he is based at Sheffield North branch many thanks.

Really disappointing bathroom installation. Due to Wickes' mismanagement of a tile delivery (of which we reminded them we still needed several times) we were without a bathroom for 11 weeks! Installer also failed to follow design and had to retrospectively fit alcoves they forgot. Once it was finally "done" we discovered the bath was not fitted properly as water started leaking through the kitchen ruining our new plaster. Repeatedly rang Wickes for compensation and were told we would get a "gesture of good will" that never materialized despite repeat reassurances and apologies from various team members. Do not get your bathroom/kitchen here.

Sheffield North branch have been exceptional at supporting Roundabout youth homeless charity through their community programme. They have been great to deal with and by their kind donations have enabled essential funds to go towards supporting more young people needing support after homelessness. Thank you for your fantastic support.

Was let down on a important delivery last Friday, pushing work back a few days until it was resolved. Phoned customer services (Wickes) and expected the worst, however was proved wrong and extremely happy with what they did to help.

Special regards to Mike at the Sheffield North store as he could not do enough for me coming up to the end of the working day on a Friday. I got the impression that he took immense pride in his work and I can bet I'm not the only happy customer helped out by Mike and the Sheffield North Team.

Thanks to all involved, basically means my project can stay on schedule when on Friday morning, it seemed impossible.

We have recently ordered our kitchen with Wicks and really wanted to leave a personal review for Passent at the Sheffield store. From her first home visit through to store visits and ordering, Passent was really helpful. We didn't feel at all pressured or rushed. Passent showed us all the options available and advised the best solutions. She is very knowledgeable and pleasant. Thank you Passent!
We are hoping everything goes smoothly with delivery and fitting so can't comment on this yet, however, in terms of in store design service, this was excellent.

I went to the Wicks in Sheffield today. A young man named Sam was very helpful and polite. We got exactly what we were looking for almost immediately with his help.

I went 5o look for a new bath the man who served us was polite knowledgeable and really helpful I will deffinately call again 🙂

I have recently purchased a new kitchen, wardrobes and appliances for my new home. The staff are amazing and really helped me out. I especially would like to mention Passent who is a very hard working and dedicated member. She had put my heart at ease throughout my journey of finding what I needed and always supported me with the best advice. I am very pleased with the overall service and I wouldn’t have chose anyone better to share that with. I will definitely be coming back to Wickes due to the spectacular customer service and good quality of products. I will also be recommending Wickes to family and friends.
