Katherine was very friendly and helpful., she’s a real asset to your team!! She listened to what I needed, knew the products well, and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Really good experience overall.

Overall i was very happy with the service and products i recieved through wickes Scunthorpe, Sophie Lilley Graham was super friendly and helpful she made all appointments easy and on time. I only had issue on delivery day as this was extremely stressful due to multiple ahencies delivering but Wickes staff couldnt have been more helpful. I will be looking to Wickes in the next few years for when I am planning to have a new Kitchen, the Bathroom has cone out just as id hoped.

We were impressed with the service James gave us when we went to our instore appointment. He talked us through what we might want and showed us lots of samples and explained about the materials and finishes etc. He answered our questions and made suggestions when we were unsure about things but wasn't pushy at all. He was able to come to our home later the same day to take measurements and help us to define what exactly we might want but was reassuring that if, after he had done the design, things could be still changed if necessary until the order was actually submitted. Overall it was a very good experience and we can't wait to see the design.

We shopped around and got several quotes for kitchens. Wickes were competitive price wise, but it really was the customer service we received that won us over and why we chose to order our new kitchen from them.
Sophie Grantham was our designer. She came round to our house and measured up. Then designed our full kitchen, managing to fit in all appliances on our wish list in a very small awkward space.
Her professional, friendly and relaxed approach put no pressure on us like other companies had. Ultimately it is down to Sophie’s customer service and skills as a designer that won our custom. With the kitchen business being so competitive, its the customer service that makes the difference.

We had a bathroom recently designed by Sophie Grantham.
We were very unsure what we could do to make the bathroom nice as it is so small.
Sophie was so very knowledgeable and designed the bathroom to perfection.
Very customer orientated polite and friendly.
An asset to the company.

Assistant Naomi went over and beyond the call of duty lifting 5 bags of plaster on to my trolley,as I had just slightly pulled my back went loading a bag myself,without her help I would have had to leave the store empty handed.

Tammy & Russell were really friendly and extremely helpful. Helped me process a small return while I was buying some other bits.

We recently bought our new kitchen from Wickes and had such a great experience thanks to James Spikings. From the very beginning, James was incredibly helpful, patient and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. He really listened to what we needed as a family and helped bring our vision to life with a design that works perfectly for our home.

Nothing ever felt like too much trouble — he happily made changes when needed, offered helpful ideas and kept us updated every step of the way, which made the whole experience so much less stressful. His communication and customer service were excellent from start to finish.

We’re so grateful for all his help and would highly recommend asking for James if you’re planning a new kitchen. Thank you again for all your hard work!

Katherine at the store was extremely helpful. I don’t shop here frequently and had no idea where to find the items I needed. She showed me to the aisle and said to go find her if I needed anything else.

We are a local dance school (Fusion Cheerleading and Dance) based in Scunthorpe and Wickes has helped us decorate our new studio by donating all things paint we will need. Tammy was so helpful and when we explained what we wanted to do she knew what we needed. Your help and support is really appreciated and we are so grateful!

We came in looking for a replacement kitchen tap, there were a couple of styles we liked but weren’t available on the sales floor. Before we even looked around, Kian came over and asked if we needed anything. We had a great conversation and after a couple of trips back of house, he was able to find the exact one we were looking for. Working in head office for another retailer, Kian is the exact type of person i would want in our organisation. Great job and thank you!

Visited today to plan a kitchen and had an appointment with Sophie.
Genuinely cannoy fault them.
We had some basic notes of what we like and what we don't want and Sophie worked with it and pretty much got it spot on from the get go.

Cannot wait for the kitchen to be installed!!

Visited the Scunthorpe store on Sunday not long after it opened. It was already busy and was I concerned I'd be holding people up as I wanted to place a large order. Tammy on the customer service department was so friendly and patient. She didn't rush and made me feel at ease. She is an absolute credit to your store.

I’d give this experience no stars if I could.
Went in with a picture of what I wanted, the man (on customer services,can’t call him a gentleman) told me “yes we have them outside”, so went to the till to pay to be informed they didn’t! The lady on the till asked the man on Customer Services, he then went back on his monitor to be told they had the compost in a lower litreage. I said yes that’s fine I’ll have 3. I then informed him I’d be a couple of minutes so I could load my gift card to get my discount, if looks could kill!
I then went to the lady on the till to pay, I heard the man’s voice stating to “come here”, rude. The deal was done.
At no point did he inform me where to pick the compost from or asking if I needed any help loading my vehicle, like other good stockists always do.
I am appalled at my experience, no smile, the man had an attitude and was stern.
I won’t be visiting Wickes of Scunthorpe again.

Had to return a couple of items, one of which was not in its original wrapping but this was acceptable as a return, great service from Katherine the store assistant, polite and friendly and helpful.

Very poor customer service turned up 20 mins before the appointment to have a look at the kitchens no body greeted me said hello told me where to go from the looks of it the designer was busy on his phone after waiting 20 mins after the appointment was due to start and no sign of anyone been bothered I walked out and went to wren kitchens were greeted as soon as I walked in and have started to design our new kitchen, great job wickes !
